    Great stuff, thanks for sharing!

They still had this giant slide in Hancock, MA until a couple years ago. Very sad when I saw it was removed.

    Quoted from Mopar:

Hopefully someone grabbed that slide and saved it, but unfortunately like many others in the past,
a good chance it got scrapped..

Unfortunately they mangled it when they took it down. Else it might have been strapped to my roof.

That's awesome, how many RPMs can you get that thing up to?

Thought of you today when I passed one of those extra tall stainless steel slides in South Dakota. Don't come across those to often anymore.

    Quoted from Mopar:

South Dakota! I wouldn't have mind seen a pic of that.
It was in a public area?
I still have the Loop the Loop in the upper garage.
You know what size legs it suppose to take. I thought
28.5" which may be accurate, but it puts it a couple
inches lower than the Gottlieb pins..

Slide was at a school, couldn't tell if it was a private or public. We might be driving by it again, I'll keep an eye out and try to get a pic.

Looks like Upstate is finally getting some snow. If a weekend works for both of us, I might still try to sneak up there before the ski season ends. Terrible snow year back east so far. Thanks for holding onto it for me! I have should plenty of time beginning in late April if the ski thing doesn't work out.

Not sure of the leg size, will have to research.

Very cool! I was picturing the pole part being made of the chain until is saw the pic. Even better, no wind required!
