Like... what do you do with it?

I was given a warranty claim number from them for a part they are sending. How do I look it up? Or is it just a number a basically shove up my butt?

So... you reported a defect, they’re sending you a replacement, and this is a thread started... why?
Because there’s no ability to track the shipment?

My guess is that if you don’t receive it in a reasonable period of time, you would notify them with that reference number.

Be......cause I wanted to see if I could track it? I thought it was pretty self explanatory.
