Anyone else getting balls stuck above the roll overs in flipper lanes and Godzilla. Mines a pro if that matters. It’s like the wire rollovers need some grease. It’s both sides and only slow moving balls.

It's like you need to adjust the switch arm down a little so it doesn't trap balls but still works.

Can that be bent or can the whole switch be moved down?

Perhaps the cliffys protector isn't helping ?

DO NOT GREASE! Never put any lubricants on a switch. First make sure the table incline angle is correct.

Looks like the ball is past the edge of the Cliffy so I don’t think it’s that.

Easy fix if you do what Lloyd suggested. Gently bend the switch arm and retest with rolling a ball across it in switch test mode to make sure it registers.

This is very common. When people talk about “dialing in a new pin” it’s adjustments like this that often need to be performed. Nothing wrong with the game. Just needs a little adjustment.

Yes but be careful not to effect the switch from working.

If it's on a plastic bracket under the playfield, yes a spacer between bracket and playfield can work. I've found fiberboard spacers from leaf blade switches work great. Same spacing as screws holding bracket to playfield.

The balls are magnetized and sticking to the cliffys. The same thing will happen on my Metallica, that's when I know it's time to change balls. Try carbon core balls, not as pretty but takes longer for this to happen again.

I think you are safe removing the protectors there. Put down a little bit of mylar if you are concerned. The ramps don't drop right onto the switch, they drop a bit above where there is a piece of mylar already.
