Is it still possible (and legal) to purchase Pinball Arcade licenses which would include the Williams / Bally tables? Specifically for Android, Windows PC, or PS4. I have a Pinball arcade account that I managed to buy all but one (maybe 2) seasons of tables on. I play it a bunch on my phone & tablet, but would also consider purchasing a license to make myself a VR setup with (either Windows PC or PS4 presumably).

I think I may have mis-phrased that slightly. I should say Is it still legal / possible to purchase a license (or account) from someone who is not the developer for a use like making a virtual machine. I seem to remember seeing things posted about people buying several excess copies just before the deadline of when the WMS license expired.
