Nice booth at Texas Pinball Festival. Loved what I saw. Ordered a dozen. Ka-ching! Took a month - which was expected, and communicated up front. Not a big deal.

However, it didn't work out.

• Stern ones are too big. Either just enough to stop us from locking the back glass in place, or so big we can't even put the back glass in. Not much, but enough.
• WPC95 panels don't match at all. The games have hinge points. The panels were built for hanging instead of hinging.

We've been trying to make contact with the company; and the only contact we've had is with the secretary since May 4th. The response on the 7th was "We have to wait for Chuck". May 17: "Dan's been sick". May 28: "Forwarding to Chuck." June 13th, no response.

Mistakes happen - I'd expect people to communicate, and make things right. So far, neither's been happening, from *either* of the owners of Litedpinballmods .

"F" for support.
"A" for the secretary though.

At this point it's a complete write off.

Fuck it.

As a matter of fairness I'll report that Dan is now engaged, with a promise to take care of us.
