I have a problem on my TOM, sometimes when I throw the ball into the trunk hole, it does not stay inside but it comes out, what can it depend on? it happens above all with strong and straight shots.

I had this problem as well and put something inside the trunk to deaden the ball on those strong/straight-on shots. I tried a few things and ended up sticking a piece of target foam in there - works like a charm.
