I'm wrapping up the restoration of a counter top pitch and bat game with backbox animation, '47 Bally Heavy Hitter.

There's a stamp on the backboard behind the backglass that calls for 5 balls in the backglass animation mechanism. (photo on my website.) There's just one ball cycling through the playfield. It launches as soon as it drains to the bottom of the cabinet. You need to listen for it and anticipate the pitch to get very far in the game.
