The Matchaskor has a rubber bulb that pushes the ball with a puff of air. The bulb is usually trashed.
I have one which I am looking at a way to make it work. No luck yet.

Just a few things to look for before making an offer.
My girlfriend bought both of them. The guy had what should be all of the parts for Signal (Jr.). We are going to give it a gentle cleaning to see what it looks like when we knock the dirt and dust off of it.
The Matchaskor actually works... I just tested it it takes a decent little hit to get the balls to fire, but they do. I can try to get you some pictures of what it looks like if you think it will help.
