For those of us who already have the snake mod plastic and decal, can you sell just the 2 3D snake pieces?

Hey all..
Sorry for the confusion. As of right now..the full snake is still in the works. Yes i know it's been a long time already. This is not an easy one.
But like all the cool things we make..we want make sure it's right and works as designed.
At the same time..Most people are fine with the existing 3D snake mod as it stands.. therefore we are still offering. And that is why we decided to continue for the demand.
WHEN..we do get the full snake mod finished..We will offer it for sale, and anyone who has already purchased the current 3D snake mod will get credit towards the full design.
I hope that clears things up a bit. I am going to have to end the pre order soon at the rate these are going right now. IT seems i am just about sold out on this batch.
I am going through all the e-mails right now and will answer them in chronological order.
Were we supposed to email too? I just sent the money via paypal and included a note on the transfer. Hm.

Just writing back here in case this is a better spot. I sent my money minutes after you mentioned the paypal and have sent two different emails to confirm it was received and haven't heard anything back. Just making sure I made it into the list since you mentioned you're going through the emails.

I haven't heard back either. Can I just get a refund then?
I mean, I'm guessing he's just been busy. I don't think we won't be getting the mod. I'd just like confirmation, and possibly an estimated delivery date.

Apologize for the delay. I spend hours answering email everyday and they come from multiple directions.
The other issue is..most of the time the name on pinside doesn't match up to the paypal payment so I have to do a little cross referencing to figure out who is who.
I did receive your payment. Do you still wish for refund?

Good question and I am glad you asked..Just to clarify. This is for the 3D Sculpted pieces only. It's sold as an add-on and works with in conjunction as an add -on with the the snake plastic which is sold a separate item at our web site.

Oh - you had previously said it includes the ramp sticker so I was wondering if there was a slight discount to not include that. Anyways, please put me down for a set. Thanks
Sorry... still looking for more clarification! I assumed this was an all in one kit, and the only item needed besides the 2 3d printed pieces is the sticker for the ramp, which you said was included. Is there another additional piece needed to purchase? Thanks.
I am confused also....... I dont have anything yet so if I wanted to buy the 3D set why would I even need the other plastic as it covers the print. Would I not just need the 3D plastic set and the ramp decal. If so how much as needed ? or how much is the entire kit. LMK as I am very interested

TOP IMAGE-The kit includes flat snake plastic with decal. It also includes the ramp sticker which is the U shaped piece in the photo.
BOTTOM IMAGE- The 3d Segment is an add on that goes on top of the existing kit and looks like this:
You need to have the first kit in order to support the 3D snake piece.
Things got a little messed up when I stated that it comes with the snake ramp decal.. The 3D kit does not come with anything but the Two 3D pieces. My bad there.

Hm. I'll just add the existing snake decal onto my order when I get the Pinball Refinery Met Pro then. Then I can put the 3D parts on myself. Easy enough.
As an FYI, I'm cranking out parts for Joe as we speak. The additional piece we're making for this will likely be an add-on to this current kit (yes, an add-on to an add-on lol). But for now.. Buy this kit with confidence. 2017 is going to be a big year for Pingraffix and Pinball Customs!

Very disappointed after reading this. I ordered what I thought was a full kit a week or so ago (yet to arrive). Your wording was very misleading, confusing at best when reading back through this thread. So now I learn I have a partial kit and have further dollars to spend and more international shipping costs on top of that. You really need to get the details clear and concise from the start.
Just add the "3D kit" to your website, independently as a sale option, as time allows.
Specify the prior kit as "required".
We cannot buy, what we cannot see, if the current "3D kit" is available, which at this point, I have no idea.
I would like to match your scale design to make my own "tube shot snake tail" for private personal machine use.
It will require a little engineering thought to get the curve on the habitrail correct via template.

Not quite but getting closer. Read the quote below VERY carefully. Whoever ordered already OR orders the remaining first set of these (12 left when he posted) will get the full deal for the $65. It won't be $65 on Pinside forever, it's like a Pinside pre-order sale. And it's really nice of him, I was confused too but ready to figure out the stickers later. Now I'm set which is great.
