    So somebody above said they could backhand the right ramp all day. Is this true for the majority? I’ve adjusted my pitch and it almost makes it, but any flatter and I’ll feel like I’m playing an EM. Flipper power is maxed out of the box. Any other ideas, or is this guy an anomaly? I can only do it if the ball has some speed I can’t do it from flipper trap ball to right ramp needs to have some velocity for me

    Stay away from the sucker shots. Try to control the ball with the flippers as well as you can in order to avoid the bad areas. Be patient and try to avoid taking quick, high velocity shots.

    I’ve seen both magnetized and loose ball options on MG multi with my premium. Not sure if it’s a code related thing or just the ball shot with too much velocity to ‘stick’. Regardless, I prefer when they’re loose as it gives you time for a few quick clean jackpots before things get hectic.

    Don't know what else to say, this is like 1/4 velocity or less. I think the flipper hits 10x faster. Design flaw. Should have been a one way lock, even if nobody ever got it, it's a failsafe. I checked the coil has a sleeve, so I don't know what else it could be. The post has quite a bit of flex when I hit with the ball. It rubberbands it right back towards the entry.     Check the trough weldment for broken welds. When the welds crack, the trough welment becomes like a bell. Yeah I'll have a look so thank you on that. It's worth noting that from what I can tell, before I look under at the welds, the ball is coming out super hard and it's hitting the metal plate on the right side of the lane with such velocity it sound like the knocker against the side of the cabinet in TAF.

    Yes tried that too. Even hit it with the ball from the flipper just to be sure I've been guilty of testing those kinds of targets by hand but in game doesnt work...because ball hits it such a weird velocity where it doesnt hit the switch properly. oh man, thats a tough one. Would be weird that a code glitches without doing updates, but would be something else to scratch off if you havent already. Install a raw image of it. I'll take a look at my game tomorrow and see if I can provide more data points

    You're dreaming mate . No scoop protector on my GNR . After almost 1000 games . And it's perfect . Downvote me all you want but stop making excuses for Stern .[quoted image] I wonder what that metal around the inside edge of the scoop does? hmm nah...must be the playfield. But yeah, that stern rush scoop is notorious for taking very little abuse and looking like absolute hell.     I don't think the gargoyles are mechanical. I haven't looked into them myself before.     Here are a few better pictures of what I think is causing my ball to get stuck. If it comes down the right hand return lane (Loomis) without enough velocity it stops. When I look at the metal lifting-thingy underneath the lane it's not flush with the playfield, it's a quarter inch (ish) raised. On the left return (Laurie) it's flush.
