  Can anyone recommend a distributor that would be willing to accept trades towards a Venom Pro or Premium? I'm looking to trade Ultraman and DE Batman. Likely not going to get as much as I paid, but I love the Venom theme. Sorry if this post is inappropriate. I've been having problems communicating with a few distros.   The lower left and right flippers - both of them seem to get knocked down by balls fairly easily when I am holding them up, far more easily than I am used to with Stern or B/W flippers (or my Ultraman). Coil power is set to 100% for both Kick and Hold for both lower flippers. Anyone else see this? Advice? RussM

  I’m really curious why this is such an issue. Multimorphic uses tons of these types of servos in their games, and once dialed in (99.9% of the time done in factory), they are rock solid. Why does this happen on HWN/UM? No idea. Never saw it on my Ultraman. You could call Spooky and ask AJ. RussM

  That's a bit simplified, but for the most part..."yes". Over the course of +700 games, I've yet to have fuse go bad. I suspect under the conditions where one goes bad that would be the least of our worries. I'll also try to do a video series on surface mount repairs sometimes. Maybe when we eventually wrap up code on Halloween and Ultraman. I know it scares a lot of people, including me at first. I picked up a $40 heat gun off Amazon and now I find it really enjoyable.

  owned - TMNT Premium, my first purchase based on theme/art package and YT vids. won't be making that mistake again. (it's not a horrible game by any stretch, but not something i have interest in playing ever again. i think i just don't like most borgs tbh.) played - once again, not in the bottom 10% by any stretch, but #ultraman just did not click with me to the point of it sticking out in my head. probably followed by #street-fighter-ii and #flintstones-ice.

  While the code is updating I decided to install some plastic canvas between the light ring and the speaker grill. Picked this trick up in the Scooby owner thread. Looks great on both games. Pictures with and without. With it installed you can very clearly see Ultraman's head in the speakers.   That tune that plays for Pigmon MB is just too catchy, we had to let your kids blast it more! Thanks @m4tt , its so fun !!! And after a lot of play with the new code, no more issue with the ball ending too slow. Now everything is going smooth in play :) Love it !!! Baltan replay is now playable :) I thought i was a really bad player with this two ball coming at the same moment. Thanks a lot , really enjoying my Ultraman game again and again :)

  I just purchased an Ultraman CE (Thanks @v8haha !). I'm on code 1.11 and noticed this issue. Once a ball is locked behind the science patrol drop target, if you drain a ball without successfully starting the 2 ball multiball, then the game will freeze. It then takes the game 3 ball search cycles to finally drop the target and release the trapped ball. I made a video of what is happening.   Quick mod question. My daughter hand painted an ultraman figure that I printed. I mounted it on the plexi ball deflector over the drops. Looks great, but won’t hold with hot glue because of the ball hits. My next choice would be superglue or other epoxy. Has anyone had success with this. Don’t want to try and fail with the epoxy because if fails may destroy the plexi or figure. Any other locations to place figure that may be better?

  If you know the connection point for 12v, we can make a kit. Not having the game, or any spooky game, I’m kind of flying blind All three if my Spooky games have a smaller "breakout" PS with 12v terminals avaliable. It's mounted in the back left bottom of the game and uses screw terminals. Next time I lift the glass on one I'll get a better picture, but it's the same layout as Ultraman and Rick and Morty.   I think a really nice, interactive, electronic and/or mechanical backglass could make up for lack of an LCD, if the theme didn't absolutely depend on video clips. Scared stiff and catacomb come to mind. Black hole looks neat, but isn't interactive. I think it'd be neat to have something like the instrumentation panel in ultraman, but an actual, real instrumentation panel with LEDs, 7 segment displays, dial meters, etc.

  I have been waiting for this first official Bug Squash Revision to Update. Still running the revised 1.09 until then. Thought ultraman skipped 1.09, I think you’re running 1.08a which is almost a year old and missing some great features. Every multiball has been worked on and improved since then plus tons more.

  Something does seem to be up with the servos. The top Micheal regularly is being sent beyond center to the point where it is positioned over the wire form. On my ultraman. The middle servo did this initially. Reset it in too far. I manually repositioned it and it's been fine.

  Lol. But equally annoying is the constant audible hiss when the game is in attract mode/idle state. Adjust your amp … turn down the master volume on the amp in the cabinet. There are some amp settings key-posted in either this thread or the HW thread. Sounds like your volume knob is up too high.   Hi, I just picked up an Ultraman CE #7. When I start Baltan Multi-ball, the game kicks out three balls into the shooter lane and then the auto plunger isn't strong enough to get them out of the shooter lane. It seems the game ends up putting all seven balls in play. I thought Baltan was a 3 ball Multi-ball.

  I have played both plenty. Houdini is cool, but for me Oktoberfest is more fun. Lots of fun modes + humor. I bought one and enjoy it a lot. +1 I have owned and enjoy both, but Oktoberfest is more fun to play for me. Love the theme immersion, unique modes, multiballs, and variety of strategies available! Oktoberfest's ramps can be challenging to hit, but both are consistently makeable on my game. GLWS of Ultraman!

  490 is setup. Only got 2 games in before I had to get back to work. I'll write up my thoughts in a few days when I get a few games on it.   Just got #427 set up yesterday and I have to say the build quality of this game is excellent. It's built like a tank. I also own Ultraman and they took the quality to the next level.   Hi there, new Uman owner since sunday! I played around 20 games and... two crashes so far. Black screen, reset, and myself lying on the floor and crying... Is the code really THAT bad, or do I have another issue? OK, glad to see another Ultraman owner; sorry you are having issues.
