I don’t understand this. I drive a Tucson and a game fits (not the box). Your Santa Fe is bigger. Wtf. If saving money is important then you really need to consider having it shipped. Also, any reason you can’t modify your plans and start with Chicago then pick up the game on the way back?

Foo Fighter Pro vs Foo Premium Poll Added Post #44 in topic

Posted 101 days ago by Pin-Bob – in Stern Pinball ‐ Last reply 100 days ago

I'm usually a pro buyer because I route my pins & host regular tournaments. However, I went premium on foo because that upper pf adds a lot in my opinion. You also get the dead post on the premium. The upper pf doesn't slow the game or break up the flow on foo, unlike some other titles. My tournament players enjoy it. I notice you're in Tucson. If you make the trip to Mesa anytime soon, you can come play mine on location. I don't think there's a premium on location anywhere in Tucson.

Because none of the games will fit in my SUV.. Easy fix, rent a minivan like I've done multiple times in the past. Can get 2-3 pins in. I've done it from Tucson twice now. It's a pain, long days (15 hours of driving straight through) and still need to be back at work on Monday. You can be part of the solution.

Wow that must have been frustrating. Thanks for the response though. I have the SEL model, Non-hybrid, with no powered trunk opener which is where I’m guessing the clearance is lost. Understatement of the year. I specifically bought the Tucson because it could fit a game inside. I got the limited cause I’m a fan of tech. Had I known…. I do have an open trailer but being at the mercy of Mother Nature isn’t always ideal.

A Tuscon will fit a game without head easily. I haven't done it with a whitestar but have no problem with classics. If the damn seats folded flat a stern would fit folded. Confirmed on Saturday. A 2017 Hyundai Tucson will fit a 2003 stern with the head off. Be sure to have the cabinet favoriting the passenger side so the head can easily fit on the drivers side and not have an interference issue with the center rear row shoulder belt mounted in the roof area.

Pins do not fit in a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. When back seats are folded down they do not lay flat, but slightly angled (sloping up towards the front of the vehicle). Because of that, a pin fits in part way, but as the folded seats slope up, the pin hits the ceiling. Learned my lesson for when I buy my next car. Photo from October 2019... Newbs with unlimited funds. Flippers and price gougers unloading games at extraordinary prices drives up prices on used games. Meanwhile there's tons of good deals down south but only a few smart Canadian pinheads buying out of there. (You included derek) Dang, I should be scouring ads in AZ. My folks down in Tucson for a month. And my wife’s parents are heading to Maricopa to pick some things up early February with a 3/4 ton. I should be a hound dog on classifieds

I bought the machine brand new in January 2020. Located at a fellow pinsiders house in Tucson. On a side note...I need a new sheet of playfield glass. Standard size. Perhaps one of you newer Stern buyers has a spare sheet after an optically pleasing upgrade? 8) Added: Sold.
