  That's my problem. I can buy them but I can't bring myself to sell them. I sold 4 pins in past 3 years, really regret selling three of them but have replaced them with equal pins. Still miss SM, Tron, Tspp and R&M but replaced with DP, JP, BM66 and GZ LE.

  Beautiful game room, nice collection. Needs a Tron topper upgrade. ;) My view is these super LE versions aren't for me. Never were, never will be, I don't have the cash or the mentality. But if do you have the cash there are sure dumber ways to spend it than on a hobby you enjoy. That goes double for those who enjoy sharing it, I always respect that. At the very least it's properly rare, and I know for some that holds real value.

  So this guy has: -Tron LE -MBR LE -Ghostbusters LE -TSPP -Elivra and the Party Monsters (which BTW has clown puke LEDs in the backglass just like the Creature) -Metallica (either Prem or LE, probably LE based on this guy's other games) That's a LOT of money to drop in the span of 1-2 years.   MM and MMr are great, owned both over the years. But since you like science fiction and flow, STLE is beautiful and fun to mod. I'm having a blast with Tron Pro right now, not super deep, but very fast. Heighway Alien LE is great, if you don't mind a little tinkering. Overall, AFM may be a good fit for your tastes and one will come along, definitely worth owning. I preferred my original over the remake in this case, but both are great.

  I made a trip to Next Level in Portland a few years ago to play a Tron Pro, was thinking about the LE when they were cheaper. My impression on location wasn't great, so I passed. Now in the home, even without it fully modded, it is excellent. Light and sound is intrinsic to this game, so the anemic location game really didn't do it justice. It is reminding me of some other fast flow games like IMDN or AFM. Can't wait to get it up to speed with the sound and lights!

  This thread is reminding me of the Alien Heighway thread, where there was no way a remake would happen! So I bought an LE late run, no regrets as I prefer it. But there was a definite risk at that time that Pinball Brothers would duplicate the game down to every detail and make it better. I'm gonna get a Pro most likely, and still hope there is a vault with the lcd screen, an updated version. The Virtual Pin Tron is really cool with the large screen on the backglass showing scenes from the movie.

  I had a super modified and custom pro many years aago. Crazy nice. Better than an LE. Like a dumbass I sold it. I have regretted that one for a while. I don’t regret selling a lot of ... for a vault especially if ramps are lit and things updated. Sounds like the TRON I currently have...sold me LE because the modded Pro I found was actually nicer. Decals are nicer, the Mike ... Chestnut armor and apron are nicer, the Eli ramps are just as cool as the LE, I like the target better than the drop downs on the ...

  Guys, I haven't been that excited about some news of a Tron VE or reboot or rebuild since learning about a Bond-on-a-stick! (Albeit I do find Bond to be less than exciting by the minute) Hopefully Stern does a new Tron next year, they can put whatever stamp on that box (Pro, Premium, Pseudo Premium, LE, SLE or anything that you will fancy!) and Olivia pays you a visit! I was honestly shocked at how many sold right away when I first released them.   So now that we are done with the debate of if there is a TRON LE or not. I am skeptical there will be a TRON vault. I hope I am wrong though. It seems Stern is killing it on new titles and are very busy with production and their sales have been off the charts. I hope they will do a vault, but it seems they don’t need to right now.

  Like i said, I have a premium. I ordered a premium and, obviously, was sent a premium. Today you learned that Tron Premium was a thing. You are just confusing people for no reason - I guess I could say my EHOH is a "Curves" edition since it says that on the playfield, but why? Yes, the Tron LE box said premium, but it also had the LE# written on it. It also clearly says "Limited Edition" on the plaque under the translite. I assume yours has this as well.   It was premium in the box, but everywhere else it it referred to as the LE model. If you go to sterns website to download the code it is either Pro or LE. So I guess you ‘could’ call it TRON premium, but most call it TRON LE.

  My TRON LE (factory LED inserts and GI swapped to LED) draws just under 2A on 120VAC and up to 2.5A during gameplay. I don’t have pre-LED conversion data, but I know the constant high draw at idle is mostly the back box fluorescent tube, plasma DMD, and other losses through the transformer and voltage rectifiers.

  My Tron LE is bolted. I used to think Stranger Things LE and POTC LE would never leave but they’re both sold now. As far as the market, Metallica LE, IMDN LE and Stranger Things premium and LE both seem like they’re not for sale often.

  Thanks that helps me with weighing out a modded pro vs LE, sounds like for the audio/visual it’s mainly Navi Ball extras. I know Tron was similar with DPmb and also had different sounds for the drop targets, but that was it.

  I wonder what happened to the beat-up Tron LEs that were at Disneyland/World did they get thrown out or sold? I'm pretty sure they were owned by Disney and not an operator. They also had some Avatar LE, Xmen LE, Avengers LE and Transformers LE. Does anyone know if any of them are still there? I played that Tron LE must have been like 5 years ago it was totally blown out and dirty as hell. No idea but could have had ten's of thousands of plays by the look of it. But it was sad they didn't keep it clean.
