Of course, Alien is not the same ambiance and the scary sound « closer to the Target » is a really succes in many MB in the game. Maybe I would hear « jackpot » more often somewhere..

... , and I’m still not clear. When the cannon is initially loaded, a shot to the thunderbolt in AC⚡️DC target bank gets you the song bonus. However, activating and loading the ... ball does NOT mean you get the song bonus when firing the cannon at that thunderbolt, correct? It’s only when the cannon is activated through getting the FIRE lanes ... lit three times that you can then reload the cannon for the thunderbolt shot, right? If I’m understanding all that correctly, then how about if the cannon ...

Welcome to Pinside-and the addiction that is collecting pinball machines! What video games do ya have? I’ve got an original Nintendo DK Jr cabinet that has the VS Super Mario conversion, and an Operation Thunderbolt that was converted to Steel Gunner 2. The others are built by yours truly, with multigame PCB’s in them. I also have a replica of a 4-player Captain America and the Avengers that I built from scratch.

Thunderbolt is now $700. Up and working now. Been playing it. Some switches need some adjusting/cleaning as they seem to work when they feel like it. Shouldn't need much beyond that. Maybe a couple of bulbs replaced. [att=3944588,1052090 caption="DSCN1895 (resized).JPG"]

Thunderbolt reduced to $700. She is playing. Still needs some switch cleaning (leave switches) and a couple bulbs replaced, but good to go. Switches that need cleaning work when they feel like it, so I know they just need some cleaning/adjusting. [pinsidead=53079]

The KC market seems pretty bad in general. Granted , I'm new to the scene but I've spent the past 5 months trying to find an older SS within my paltry $1,500 budget and there's nothing. You can't find an early SS game in nice shape for $1500 or under? WTF? I sold several SS games for $700 not to long ago. Hell, I have a nice rare Thunderbolt i'd sell for $800. Nice playfield, near mint backglass.
