  Berzerk is on the way. I got my shipping notification. I was very much tempted by Berzerk but decided to pass. When yours shows up, I hope it's a blast! When it comes to temptation, I'd still love a Stern Cliff Hanger laserdisc game to complete the DL, SA trio! Sadly, as mentioned before in this thread, there's little hope of that becoming a reality.

  will check a bit more about targets advantages next time i can play it btw, for which perk(s) are you really going ? all 3 ? I generally go for the engine (more time) and the bomb (more mode progress). Juice BOTH up and you can be looking at a huge end of mode shot, quickly, and the temptation of a double shot inlane shatz. I routinely get over 100 million within about 60 seconds of starting my game doing this. My record so far is a 200 million point chicago kill shot.

  There is an art to nudging the bottom right corner of the machine, up and to the left (almost 45*) while the ball is on the rubber in the upper playfield. You can give it just enough to hop off the rubber and reach the tip of the flipper and get another shot. I caught this on IE’s stream early on and never felt the need for anything there. Plus a lot of times I don’t want the temptation to flip if I have A-51 ready but need to start a city first.

  Will wait until it hits 50 and then break it open. I wouldn't below 65 degrees. And it will take hours for the game to come up to room temperature. Best wait until you can drag it in the house and the game is at room temperature before plugging it in. Resist the temptation. LTG : )

Obviously the roots of these games is.much deeper in places in Europe, but you occasionally see them on the North America side.   Just had some St. Louis competition ribs whatever that means lol plus more delivered, too cold here to bbq though with my Weber kettle so will be in the oven.   For me, it depends on the manufacturers: JJP - a Harry Potter with a shat ton of mechs and I'll pay $15k for a CE. Practically anything else with TS4 bill of materials, nope. Stern - Elwin & Gomez killer themes at $13k for an LE, probably. Everything else is a hard no at that price. Spooky - if they don't succumb to the temptation to overprice, I can see doing $9k for a CE if the title/layout is fun.

  LOL, I feel the same way. Just not high on my 'to-do' list. But I have been tempted to try it on one pin tho just because I'm curious. Lol, give in to the temptation. It's SO easy to do. When all the components I needed arrived (cables, manual switch box, and mini SD cards), it took about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes total to hook up 3 additional machines to work with the QR scanner in my Godzilla.

  I couldn't resist the temptation to do more testing with the wiring setup for the headlights. I absolutely love them tied into the Super Jackpot light. Here's a teaser of what that'll look like.   Picked up a couple project machines. Both light up and that’s it. Should keep me busy for awhile. I’ve always wanted a Paragon, it’s a beast. I watched those for a week or so, knowing I have zero room. Thank you for removing the temptation! :) And congrats on the pickup!

  Exactly how I felt with Andrew Luck There's always going to be a nagging temptation to take the flashy skill guy. They could have drafted OL in the top of the 1st round but couldn't resist Jamar Chase. It got them to the Super Bowl. Fortunately for Bengals fans this time around, I doubt there will be a Jamar Chase type available at 31.

  Playfield issue notice….need a washer under the rail to the right of the magna grab. Some pretty significant clear coat dust from mine digging in after only 65 plays.[quoted image] I've been resisting the temptation to play my LE. By the time you are putting out a product there may be 100 things you would do differently by that point. You have to resist that temptation at revision or you will never put anything out at all.

  With pinball the smart thing to do would be sell every pin you have and wait it out but would any of us really do this ? The temptation to sell at these prices is real, but what would I spend the money on? Everything else is inflated right now. And what's cooler to own than pins? And I don't love the idea of sitting on more fiat currency during an inflationary period. And if shit keeps inflating I'll never get them back. :thinking:

  Really?! I hadn't priced out my needs yet. I'll definitely give CobraPin another look. All those extra coil and switch inputs is going to create alot of temptation. I have a few sketches of some scorereel ideas but dismissed them since I already had a old LCD monitor laying around.

  I agree with other's on Pinstadiums. The other plastic junk does not belong in Getaway....IMO. I actually don't post to that club thread or visit it anymore, due to the constant hawking of that crap. Clean up your games, keep fresh rubber, good speakers, and stay far, far away from any temptation to add plastic and die cast cars and unnecessary lights.

  So you fought for a year for a new populated play field, then got it, and never played it after. That makes zero sense lolol. It makes sense if you care more about how valuable your machines are than having fun with them. Indy... Why not sell me your game and then be free from the temptation to play it?

  Thanks! I am thinking the same... What is the best procedure to cutting the decal? It should be done from the outer side of the decal and somehow one should try to make the cut so that it would remain under the siderail? The temptation is big to cut it from the "wrong side" though, since I can now bend the whole siderail open and see the underside of the decal.
