  I like how you have Metal Man next to Iron Maiden. Metal man and metal woman. yes, that is due to my tournament. Which I kind of do a mini 2 bank of games like pinburgh.   Yes the New Stars Phoenix power board is slightly different. David explains the differences on his site. Scroll to the bottom http://www.zaccaria-pinball.com/gen2/powersupply.html even works with new stars phoenix? Since the new stars board has some jumpers on it, and when I tried to put it in another game that had LED displays. the game would freak out. Same if I tried to put a normal PS in New Stars. So something is slightly different.

  you can use schematics from pretty much any Gen2 zac. The PS board, MPU board and driver board are pretty much the same on every gen2. Only thing that changes is the sound board sometimes, and the PS board on New Stars phoenix.

  As an NBA fan I appreciate the time capsule nature of that translite. Shaq in Phoenix, AI in Detroit, D-Wade and LeBron with teams they'd each return to after crushing it in Miami. It's a shame the Spurs aren't represented. I guess even washed-up Shaq and AI were bigger stars than Tim Duncan in his prime.

  And there is probably a member or two that has all 4 of those titles I don't own Stars Phoenix because it's the same as new stars phoenix. Only difference is, that new stars phoenix uses LED displays, and different art package on the playfield. No need to own both as they are the exact same game.

  57 That’s a crazy low number ! most of the last zacs had very very low numbers. those are what I call the ultra rares. Zacs have 5 levels of rarity like magic the gathering. 4 ultra rares are, Spooky, Zankor, Stars phoenix, new stars Phoenix. Less than 70 of each were made.

  No such thing as a Huo only Spooky These counters were not always installed by the operator It’s was last title made by Zaccaria in 87 No more then 300 was said ? Don’t forget to put new sling rubber on actually that's untrue. New stars Phoenix was the last zac made, and Spooky was made in 86. From what i've been reading there are only 60 spooky's made. Only released in europe, and 2 of them I know have been parted out.

  My top 3 favs are Zankor Robot Locomotion (who am I kidding, now I have to go down the list in order) Pinball champ Soccer Kings Clown Spooky Magic castle Farfalla Pool champion Time Machine Scramble Devil riders Blackbelt Stars Phoenix I have never played mexico 86 yet, so I can't say. It's the only Gen 2 I don't own, or ever played. Only Gen 1 I have played is Locomotion. Not including the EM's in this list.

  Thought of that also ? Rare does not equal good or valuable. that's true. I have new stars phoenix, and there might be 4 left in existence. Maybe. And that game sucks. Worst one there is out of the zacs. Clunky (even after hours of tweeking to get it to play better), rules feel unfinished, art package is terrible. Valuable because it's so damn rare, but it's the least fun of the zaccaria catalogue.

  Trailer is loaded and ready to go, bringing Cactus Jacks, Goldwings, Bronco, Phoenix and a Bally Playboy, Stars is already sold as is Secret Service, I can bring a real nice Capt Fantastic if presold, Great playfield glass and Cab looking for 1800 firm on it was in a home since 1980, We will be there Thursday thru Saturday, would like to stay for Sunday, but have over a 5hr drive out

  told you i'm interested. :) As long as clowns displays are in the same spots as Pool champion. Otherwise that becomes a problem. Recently found out. new stars phoenix displays are slightly off from Spooky and zankor. Making it have to have a special ribbon cable for displays that's different from Robot and everything else. Moving the player count display up 3" made a world of difference and nothing else would work anymore.

  I love these displays. It's a nice plug and play replacement. Lines up perfectly and the LED's match zaccaria LED displays. for the game that has them. So new stars phoenix displays, look just like these. Also love the feature of being able to adjust brightness, and select display position just by setting dip switches.

  Looks like you have the same game I sold a while ago. First Robot, now new Stars Phoenix :) my new stars phoenix also has the adjustable transformer, which is weird because spooky did not ,which was made before. I don't understand it.

  I had a New Stars Phoenix, which is the same game but it had the 110 transformer. I don't knonew w if the previous owner modified it, but it looked stock. Not a very fun game however, not one of my favorites. my new stars phoenix also has the adjustable transformer, which is weird because spooky did not ,which was made before. I don't understand it.

  I think pinball champ and Soccer kings is easier to find than Robot. Robot is probably next hardest, next to things like Spooky or new stars phoenix. Even robot can be bought if you throw enough cash around. Hell, i'd sell mine if someone threw stupid money my way.

  Rare ones are, Spooky, Robot, Zarkor and new Stars Phoenix. Technically, any of them are rare when your actually looking for one Interesting. While Spooky, Zarkor and new Stars Phoenix are indeed rare in France, Robot is not. A (relatively) rare and good Zac is blackbelt. Owned one, sold it... and want it back. Based on artwork, my favorite one are Locomotion and Farfalla. I love Pinball Champ for its gameplay. The one I would like to play now is Magic Castle.

  I have to disagree. I think Farfalla is the most common out of all of them. I've seen so many farfallas for sale over the years. Devil riders and soccer kings are very popular as well. Magic castle, not so much. I've seen plenty of time machines. One i have now is my 3rd i've owned. Rare ones are, Spooky, Robot, Zarkor and new stars phoenix. Technically, any of them are rare when your actually looking for one.

  I'm glad for phoenix/glendale being in the playoffs. Especially for Dave Tippett. I always liked him when he was with the Stars and Mike Smith for that matter. Not to mention hockey needs to grow more in the south.
