Good evening all. Anyone interested in a temporary trade for my star wars premium? Would love to try out a foo fighters, venom or scooby doo. I'm in the northern VA area. I know these games are available at local arcades like ocelot, but I can't get my wife to go there with me to try them, so i thought I'd try a different approach. And I know this thread is meant more to post "for sale" options, so hopefully this is ok.

I would have gone $1000 or maybe $1200 but not $2K. The beauty is you only need half as many people at 2k over 1k. What was Star Wars price...$500? Everyone made fun of it, said it cost way too much, the same people then bought it, bitched a lot how shitty it was, still kept it, and more eople were still looking for one way after the fact. In all honesty the less the have to sell the more happy they probably are.

Curious... at $2k they will be limiting the number of these they can sell (just because it's a niche within a niche at "baller" level prices).. So that makes me think ,they are hard to make in quantity?... but, really, if they did price them lower, surely they'd be able to get economies of scale...? I didn't see them claim it's limited. I don't think they've done that since Star Wars?

I do love Legacy, and I was bummed that it didn't do well enough to get a proper sequel in a timely manner. Don't really have very high expectations for this 3rd one though. It did actually do quite well, and the merchandising was CRAZY successful for a 'smaller' movie. But Disney had just bought Star Wars and Marvel recently, and Tron got lost in the shuffle.

JP is a good game but can have some short ball times. You have to maintain control so makes for stop and go gameplay. R&B is fast and designed for flowing shots. It’s just fun. I was hesitant about the purchase but the JP would go before the R&B. Makes me wonder how TNMT plays. Will likely add one more DE title and like the layout variations between JP and R&B. [quoted image] And the Orbit shots are corrected, over the prior game Star Wars.

Based on how they just did Jaws and Jurassic Park, I can easily see them focusing on the parts of the Indiana Jones franchise people want. Jaws is based on the first film, but uses extra bits from the later movies to fill it out. Jurassic Park was an original adventure, but all its callbacks and homages are the first movie. And they did not do the current Jurassic World franchise. And Disney let Stern do the original Star Wars trilogy vs the new trilogy. It's all a negotiation and price consideration

The only real value to a routed LE if it's beat is the mirrored backglass. Everything else that means anything you can add to a Prem, generally speaking. Star Wars LE doesn’t have a mirrored backglass. Does the game come with the other 2 translites? The LE came with all 3.

Let Gomez do star wars, Elwin do empire and follow up with Danger for Jedi. Spike 3 can be redemption for SW and Indy and your not going to get better franchises out of Disney.

At this point is there even any added value because it's an LE? I almost feel like I should just treat the value as a routed premium.

Well Bond 60 pricing too high for most but has no bearing on it being good or not. Beatles was passed over too. May not win a basement poll, but solid modern players that do well on location and some home collections. Drops and spinners rule! Cant you have more than drops and spinners though? Star Wars has drops, spinners but also ramps, ball locks, and the death star loop. Just saying...Look how awesome Lebowski is, upper and sub lower playfield are cool.

Does Star Wars (Premium) have the built-in apron lighting that illuminates the trough/flipper region like newer Spike 2 games? The only Spike 2 game I have from the early years is Deadpool Pro, which did not include that. Looking through old posts on this thread, it seems like it doesn't/didn't, but I wonder if they've changed that for newer builds? (My Premium will be built in March.)
