Recent Cliffy Order deliveries Post #153 in topic

So excited i got my Rocky and Bullwinkle Cliffy's in yesterday! I ordered them in October 2023 and knew it would be a long wait. Emailed Cliff on monday just seeing where he was and got tracking that same day! They look awesome and can't wait to install them this weekend. Well worth the wait and i like how long he made the ramp protectors for the Tri-Ball ramp, that ramp gets a lot of bouncing from imperfect shots.

I wonder if this will end up being one of those things that makes a Spooky game, a Spooky game. The fact that they can now tie in the color scheme on the cabinet to the playfield is a very cool thing. Were they the first to do this on as a standard production thing or have these ramps been done like this before by another company? Data East did use collored ramps back in 1990 on the Simpsons, Back to the Future, TMNT and Rocky and Bullwinkle, just to name a few.

Backglass was a chore had to cut chromed metal to make a new lift channel then pound it on. Kept thinking that is why I ended up with two glasses. [quoted image][quoted image] Machine looks amazing and makes me want to play it, but that backglass is Sesame Streeting it. Is that a repro backglass? It looks like Rocky is sunburned. Or maybe it's the LED backlighting temp increasing the warm tones? If that's the case, maybe cool LEDs would turn the reddish skin of the backglass down.

Wireguides and Mylar applied to the Rocky playfield. Twenty five wireguides. That’s fifty potential problems but all went in well this is why I advocate assembly sooner rather than later and prefer a clear with a little give as compared to one that is too rigid and cracks. I just realized that there may be a method to this madness. A way this game may absolutely crush it. That AP could be on the verge of delivering pinside's current #1 dream theme. This is a game about BBQ. Think of the mech opportunities to EAT THE FUCKING BALL. David Fix may be playing 6D chess after all. So you're saying this will be Rocky Mountain Oysters - The Pin? Ballsy, indeed.

5 pinball machines saved from being dumped. the owners kids were so fed up with their dad hoarding everything but luckily I could buy them instead. It took 12 hours to load the van since we needed to move insane amounts of things to get to the machines. Whitewater, giligans island, wipe out, rocky, bullwinkle and friends, super mario, one arcade and some slot machines.
