Is that glass over the mini-play field going to scratch? At risk of starting a war, are any of you going to install a play field protector on your baby? They look like they will be easy to install. And that mini-play field glass would be protected. I ask because the Pro model I played at Cactus Jacks in Oklahoma City was showing a lot of light dimples. Dimples are an issue for some; Others couldn't care less. But scratched glass is ugly.

I picked this great looking CYCLONE from @ashburton on Tuesday. Drove 970 mile in 1 day (only 1 speeding ticket). I first played this machine in 1989 at the University of Oklahoma student center, and is the one I’ve always wanted. The kids and wife love it! If you are looking for very technical advice, I think you have to put new capacitors in. Which one, I don't know. There is a service for refurb of these boards in Oklahoma I believe. I had the same issue. It was like 50 bucks or something to get a refurb. Plugged it in and worked. If you want to hunt it down yourself, then that is obviously not a possibility. If you search some of my previous responses, I think I listed the name of the place a couple years back. I don't post much on here. Good luck. Plaw

It’s the nicest On-Beam I’ve ever seen. VERY nice condition. Agreed even at max-niceness it’s not a fast pin though. It might be HUO - I owned it before Dan purchased it from me. It had the original receipt inside made out to an individual in OKC and a private residence address. If I remember correctly, it was $125 new. Pretty cool that it has lived its entire life in Oklahoma.

[you don't say where on the planet you are] Then I suggest you buy a schematic from Pinball resource, Marco, etc before you begin getting stuck into the machine. I’m in Oklahoma, US. Unfortunately Marcos is sold out of my schematic, and I can’t find one on eBay. I’ll check out pinball resource.
