You can see info on your 'Miss universe" at this website. Just click on the game functions. They explain what each function does. http://bingo.cdyn.com/machines/bally/miss_universe/

And if you haven't seen this site, please check it out: http://bingo.cdyn.com/machines/bally/miss_universe/ It contains all of the paperwork (manual and schematics) for the game, which should make troubleshooting much, much easier. Thanks to @baldtwit for his tireless efforts to provide this info to us all.
