I have continuity across both fuse clips even without a fuse in them. One end of the holder has a purple wire connected to the 115 volt lug on the small transformer. The the other end has a black/orange/orange wire that leads to the On/Off button housing. Do I have a bad On/Off switch or should I look elsewhere? Thanks, Alan

Checked door slam, tilt bob, roll switch and under playfield switches - all open/closed as they should be. Went to switch test - all respond to activation, but relay always stuck on. When lights tested, tilt relay stuck on so won't test unless manually "deactivated"( disengage relay stack). Any ideas? Have to order the schematics from PBL to check what activates the relay coil but haven't done it yet. Thanks.

Those scooters. I understand that they are required by some to get around and it’s not my place to judge who’s abusing it or not. But what gets me is the speed. At least at DL they are flying. They should be governed to a walking speed and not a sprint. We’re not running top speed around the park so slow them down so I don’t get run over. Maybe when you pay for Genie+ it can unlock lightning speed.

I don’t think you can purchase lightning lane without also having genie+. So if rise is $15 you also have to pay $15 for genie+ for $30. For a family of 4 we are up to $120. That’s way too much for one line to skip, I’ll just save the big rides for the last ride of the night when I don’t care how long I’m in line. Yes you can buy only Rise without Genie+, that’s what we did yesterday

For $15, I would say it’s worth it. I’m looking at the lines today in Disney. Rise of Resistance is sold out. Genie+ based on ride times at 10am is kind of a waste. If I have similar wait times in January, then I’ll just purchase arise of Resistance and that’s it. Edited as I had the wrong information, apparently you can buy individual lightning lane passes without genie+. With this being the case I could see them selling a lot of lightning lane passes when people are looking at a 2 hour line

It had its downsides too. You could hand off your fast passes to others. Cast members would generally honor any pass that had passed its time slot. In Disney land the 2 parks weren’t linked, so you could keep walking back and forth getting fast passes. It had MANY downsides. But lots of upsides too. Same for fast pass+. And, I'm sure, genie+ and lightning Lane (haven't used them yet). And whatever system comes after that.

So Lightning Lane is basically just the old E Ticket system. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_ticket Yup. I will not ever pay for Genie+ or LL. If something has a long line we'll just do it during extra magic hours or catch it the next day or the next trip. There's so much to do, there is really no ride that I absolutely MUST go on while there.

I just saw a report that the new genie+ thing will only be able to be used once for each ride per day. So you can't fast pass a ride more than once. And for the separate lightning Lane attractions, my understanding is that you can only buy 2 per day total.
