So, for anyone who's shopped an Elektra and had trouble getting the bulbs out from the sockets that are deep in the plexiglass. Here's a cool trick my friend suggested. Get some 10mm diameter heat shrink tubing. Place it around the bulb and shrink it. Then give it a few minutes to completely cool off. They pull right out after that. Finally making progress on my Elektra! It's alive!! Needed an Alltek and SDB rebuilt. Anyone have any tips for removing bulbs from the topside? Those buggers are hard to get a grip on with the clear plastic playfield cover. What 6th display are you referring to? There are only 5 displays in the game. The display that shows the Elektra units. Only uses the middle two digits of a 6 digit display. So Elektra has four 7 digit displays and two 6 digit displays. Similar to my Mr and Mrs Pacman. That also has four 7 digit and two 6 digit displays.

It looks like the schematics for Elektra may be wrong. When looking them over I see the 4 player displays and the credit display shown. I don't see where the 6th display for the Elektra units is shown or how that is connected.

Has anyone run into an issue with the 7-digit Wolffpac displays show the most significant digit on the left bright and the rest of the 6 digits dimmer? Otherwise working and displaying score. Triple checked the correct 100 ohm resistors on the display board and measured them. Happens on each of the 7-digit displays tested. Built these for an Elektra that works ok with original displays.

Is my Elektra set to super easy or something? Multiball can be started on mine by finishing 1-6 on the upper PF, then knocking down 123 again, completely negating/ignoring the lower PF’s ball lock/multiball

... of cases I would say much more difficult than modern pins. One that comes to mind: Elektra Man, it's so hard to get multiball on this pin. All you have to do ... you have to actually lock both balls in the upper and lower saucers. When I play Elektra I only go for multiball because it's so difficult. I get there like 1/100 games and I'm a decent ...

I picked up an Elektra machine that had a Geeteoh Squawk & Talk replacement sound board in it ... special effect board. Well, I can say now that it sounds just as good on Elektra! After some experimentation I landed on what I think is a good audio mix. For ... replicating the Say It Again board for Centaur machines and theoretically should work on Elektra, but I've pre-baked the echo effects into the voice clips, so ... it will cause the wrong speech call to be played when Elektra Time expires on the lower playfield.
