Thinking about buying Fish Tales playfield decals and I don't see any other alternative, how likely are those to be no good? Just get them through eBay. If they’re no good, you can return them at no cost to you, guaranteed by eBay. Not sure why people have an issue, as eBay is risk free to the buyer… even after you leave positive feedback. Doubled down with ClassicArcades, as Jeff was willing to make another clear decal for the back of the WPC cabinet. Again, will report back.

Hey jetcom, thanks for the link! As I understand it, those overlays from classicarcades are hit or miss, and I don’t have the skills to clear coat myself yet. If I can’t find a decent playfield, I’m quietly holding out (and hoping) for a “hardtop” to be released for it.

This is common with all of Classicarcades stuff......quality is bad! If you search on classicarcade (too late Atari Daze provided) the one thing you will find is complaints as to the products he sells. Appears he isn't concerned over the quality just the quantity in which he produces! I wouldn't wait on him to respond .... open a dispute with ebay as you want to make sure you handle this within the 30 days as opposed to waiting!

Good T2 for sale in the Northeast at a low price. Terminator 2: Game works and plays well without credit dot, but is unshopped and has wear down by the flippers. Classicarcades guy was suppose to make me a decal that he said he had, but dropped the ball on it. Board set has battery off the board, boards look good, dmd looks good, Cabinet is pretty good for a T2 overall. $1700

Well, so far no news on my 'Special' speaker panel. Has anyone else that was involved in this had any info whatsoever? I have sent a number of messages to ClassicArcades both on pinside and via eBay, the last one being today. There is a PPS forum thread that states in April they are to be remade, as well as the post on here by ClassicArcades, but so far no other communication. If there are others with this speaker panel issue, maybe you might like to help nudge it along 8)

Is he going to fix the Dracula speaker panels that are also incorrect? Not sure why classicarcades has such trouble with the simple concept of making the new part look like the old part  and Rick, why didn't you catch this before any shipped? Doesn't that PPS hologram mean "passed inspection?" Don't get lazy on us!

Seems like a common one to crack from all the ball action in that area. Wonder if anyone produces just this one, similar to ClassicArcades selling the center plastic (above Marilyn) and the slingshot plastics.

Hey all! I just got my DESW yesterday and I am loving it. A few questions for the group: My translite, while original, isn't in the best of shape. Has anyone purchased one of these repros from "ClassicArcades" off ebay? If so, how do you like it? My R2 unit isn't "bouncing" however, the head rotates fine. Anyone know what part controls the bouncing? There are a lot of out hole protectors. Wondering what one is best. Thanks in advance! Glad to be here!!!

bestofpinball has them and they do ship internationally: http://www.bestofpinball.de/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/135_304_148/products_id/2997 For the decal: I bought mine on ebay from classicarcades as a licensed part. Quality is fine and looks like the original, but the Sticker is a little smaller than the spinner. Leaves a little over 1mm of metal visible around the decal.
