Please read my post #1179. My friend Greg Kemnitz delivered it to the PHOF. He stored it after my event and brought it to the PHOF for Steve Kordek. LTG : ) To add a bit to the story: The delivery of Pinball Circus was to be coordinated with Herb Silvers’ Fab Fantasies show in Las Vegas. I believe it was the show’s 10th anniversary (and his last show). The actual delivery occurred the week followed the show. I was supposed to connect with Greg at the show but he was inadvertently delayed.

We were very excited to get a chance to play it.

The place is not really for pinheads. The tourists who come in don’t complain. Yea, they carry some management issues, but they spend. The place is very busy post Covid. They are not there to finally play Pinball Circus(which btw looks like some skilled tech drove a screw to deep from the underside of the playfield. You’ll notice a speed bump if you play it). It’s a tourist attraction. Can it be better, of course. I would say it will out earn any other pinball arcade’s anywhere as is.

I'm glad I got to enjoy it at the Tropicana location when circus was working. No one should be volunteering to fix the games for free here let alone anywhere, it will ALWAYS go unappreciated by pretty much everyone, there is zero glory in that. Let Tim go out of business and then everyone will have their wish of a mass selloff. One day that place will be a classic car museum.

I suspect the costs to setup a line, and the outsourcing ... how much they'd need to carry on and build the much more complex & expensive Circus. Pinball Circus would be double or triple the cost.... so they'd need to make a minimum ... no distro network, no infrastructure at all..... and then a $18,000-$24,000 Pinball Circus? Leaving the club after 2 years, and I’m really gonna miss this one. No other pin out there gets confused for CV, especially with those scrolls and that green and purple cabinet. I’m a Jpop fan, and I have always felt CV was so underrated. It’s not the most difficult pin, but they don’t all have to be hard. I enjoyed being able to join the circus every few games, and that 4-stage wizard mode is one of the best, imho. Quirky, imaginative and original. Very happy to have owned a ringmaster for awhile!
