  When I was growing up, Black Flag was an insecticide, so no thanks. I find that I do much more accurate work when listening to classical music. The precision translates over, if you have the capacity to understand it. Most don't.

  Filing with needle files or grinding with a Dremel sounds like the best idea. VERY time consuming and patience-wearing. It it was easy, then I would not be able to charge $100 for the job. Like most things in playfield restoration, it's time consuming. Stainless is soft metal (unless you heat it up), so Dremel away while listening to some Black Flag. Wear safety glasses, dust mask.

  Dude I flagged it right after I sent him a message from my junk yahoo account lol Hey my bad, hard to always tell sarcasm in a post. Looks like either your or my flag brought it down. I actually got taken for a $700 Joker Poker on CL this fall. Got my money back, but man I was fooled by that one. Passed every test I usually use. So anyway I’m a bit sensitive on this stuff. I keep flagging the Frankenstein and Black Hole that keep popping up on eBay. Probably 10x so far under different hacked accounts.

  49 y/o and HB O.G..... yeah you could say I was a bit into the scene! 1st show at 16, driving up to Pasadena for the "Rock Against Reagan" tour with MDC, DRI, and the Circle Jerks. Soon followed by GBH, Exploited, Youth Brigade, Bad Religion, many more... bummed I missed out on DK, TSOL, Black Flag... punk rock saved my sanity (at least what I have left of it) :D

  I was mostly into metal and classic rock in high school. Freshman year I hung out with a group of Jehovah's Witness kids on occasion. They dressed impeccably but introduced me to DK and Black Flag. I never became a big fan of punk but always found it entertaining sitting with them in their dresses and cardigans listening to Lynch the Landlord. :-)

  I'd be in, the only two bands I consider more or equally iconic would be The Ramones or Black Flag. On the other hand if you really and I mean REALLY want it to be punk you'd have to go with a GG Allin theme, I don't even want to think about the art or the "toys" on that one.

  That kinda says it all. Hank breathed fire into those tracks. Damaged is unfuckwithable. damaged is great but most of those songs were written before he joined. Not saying they weren't good with Rollin's and I've even got a bunch of his cds from after black flag but I just think they were at their best before him.

  I was raised in the South, and it only means one thing. There are plenty of Black people who are proud to be Southern, but you don't see them waving Confederate flags.
