  Has anybody sorted out how to enable the KOTM Time Attack mode without the topper? I'm guessing no as I haven't seen much about it. I assume the mode is triggered by the presence/registration of the topper node board on the network? Not a huge fan of the topper but the Time Attack mode sure is fun, I had the opportunity to play with it a bit recently at a friend's house.

  I recently cleaned the backside of the sound board and its even less intermittent and what I mean by "intermittent" I mean: 1) sometime no sound at all (very rare) 2) sometimes all the sound, but no voice (only Attack Attack) when getting the Stargate 3) most of the time all sound and all voice I performed the test as per the manual. All that seems to be fine ( I get all the Thank yous) The only thing is the background sound does not fade out when game over it just keeps going "wu wu wu wu wu"

  I'm not too good either. But also have over 100 plays on it. I definitly think in my case, quantity of plays makes up for quality when it comes to one-time high scores. Saw early on this thread about backhanding the left ramp. I still cant pull that off. I did play probably 10 games focusing exclusively on learning how to hit the Lair/training shot from both the left and right flipper. Helps that I have a Gomez Bond and the scuba shot is very similar in the way you attack it from each flipper.

  Hello, I recently picked up a Shaq attack with quite a few issues. I've worked through most of them since I've had a few System 3s and getting used to the usual Gottlieb issues. But I'm not getting either the disc motor or the goal motor to move at all. Both of the relays fire when they are supposed to. I did notice that I'm getting continuity across the relay even when its not fired and I believe that to be incorrect.

  Any tips or tricks for toning those down, I am going blind in a dimmer room when they go off (should know this, but possibly a setting?) The spider sense shot is potentially worth a lot of points and can light a special attack. I like that the intense lighting makes it an extra challenge to complete, and not just a freebie 'here ya go, hit this shot at your convenience'.

  No, the right ramp. The reverso shot.. The issue is that it would fly over the wireform and onto the playfield. For the right ramp, the wire form needs to be adjusted at the bend (not the horse shoe but the guide). No mods or gimmicks needed, just bend the wire form so the ball has a wider wall to travel on. Same fix as in CGC attack from Mars, except Alien is much easier to bend as the wireforms are very soft metal. Use your hands. 10 sec fix

  Buildings don't collapse quickly. The game's building rumbles deeply and collapses on itself in a menacing manner. It's a really cool effect, just like in the movies where EVERYTHING is slow (slow motion makes everything seem bigger, or something?) I would say it's right on point to how a building would react to a REAL giant lizard attack, as it pancakes on itself. God willing, we'll never know!

  Thats the problem with original themes, they only appeal to small audiences. Its actually an extremely easy concept to understand, so I have no idea why some people need to cope so hard about it. Medieval Madness, Attack from Mars and Cactus Canyon walk into the room.
