Buy a pin from Amazon, don’t open it and return it as unopened goods for a full refund; then hunt through the Amazon return pallet auction to find the game as a returned product and try to get it for a discount. My buddy just got a big QLED tv from a Best Buy return auction for a couple hundred bucks. He figured it was a gamble that not many people would take. The tv arrived in mint condition

  If you don't want to go through the back alley deals for a NIB pin you certainly can get one the "old fashioned way" through Amazon. Love “old fashioned way” thru Amazon. Pretty cool, but looks like only 2 pins. So this may be their dumping grounds for units they couldn’t dump on retailers. Eventually I may hunt around for a classic. I know that will be very different than NIB. I would love an Adams gold or Creature with working hologram. The end of the day money talks.

  WICO rubber rings WICO rubber rings decomposed in different weather conditions. I had a Gottlieb Amazon Hunt playfield that the WICO rubber rings were on... They all turned to goo and melted down the posts and onto the playfield. In all, ABC were the original rubber ring manufactures for the pinball industry. Texas, Seven Stars were one of the worst, but they did offer 5" + sizes

  It looks like they are not holding anything back. Even Magic Girl is now listed. There are a handful of machines I saw there that are absent. Defender is probably the most notable; they only made a few hundred of those (great game!). Barracora, Alien Poker, Frontier and Amazon Hunt were the others I remember that I don't see, but there could be a few more. Otherwise, yes, they're putting it all in - Verne's World, Big Bang Bar, the Avengers and Pirates OTC whitewoods, etc.

  Looks amazing. Where did you get those blankets? Lol. The hunt for good blankets is just as challenging as finding a mint HUO pin that you want for a good price within driving distance.   I am very happy with the online markets and thier competition with each other. As a book buyer for instance I used to haunt bookstores hoping to find what I wanted. Now what I want is right there. Granted, it takes away the fun of the hunt. But I do both. Online and local. But say in the case of most books, online buying is my preferred method. I check Amazon, eBay for the best deals. Now all I need is more money...

  Last update for tonight... mounted the "Arcade" sign my daughter gave me for my birthday. Left the bulbs out because they were "hospital bright white". Am now on the hunt for some red or warm whites. Cool sign though. - - Below that you can see the Tiki Toss ring-on-a-string game.   I think I’ve found ... It occurs only when the machine displays the status informations after a bat was held (First replay at ... etc). It records the switches only when scores are being displayed again. This behaviour seems to be designed by construction on system3 pinball machines... You are right for older Gottlieb machines, I have delays on an amazon hunt machine, and never found the origin of this! Thanks for your help !

  Should have also asked before, what gauge wire are you using for this? 18 gauge. Same as the rest of the game. If you hunt on amazon you can find nice little kits of 18 gauge braided (dont get solid core) where you can buy 8 or 12 colors (I think it is important to use color correct) in 25 or 50ft rolls. It is very handy to have and frech new wire is a joy to solder with. control wire is 22 gauge, but no reason not to use 18 gauge for everything I did with common ground.

  Interesting idea. The 80a games I had were set to novelty, but I didn't pay much attention to the high scores. I was pretty sure they were saved, but who knows. I don't have any 80A experience*, but Panthera (80) definitely does (not do) this when set to Novelty. *My Amazon Hunt is a hybrid 80A/80B with a custom Pascal board.

  Do you like any of those era Gottliebs, BK? Like from '85 to '92. Bounty Hunter, El Dorado ('84 though), Victory, TX-Sector, Amazon Hunt II, Bone Busters Inc, Class of 1812, Title Fight, Robo War, Cue Ball Wizard, Stargate Most Premier titles are below average. All listed above are average or above average. Best of the lot is probably Stargate, Victory, Bone Busters, or Bounty Hunter.

  My rarest is an Amazon Hunt II got an N.O.S. populated pf from Terry at PBL I touched up and CC'd and built one using a Hollywood Heat cab. Hardest part was getting game roms. Still looking for English version have French currently. Mike

  Was Night Moves actually the last System 80B ever made? Technically, maybe(?) According the mighty IPDB, The absolute last 80B release was the second conversion kit for Amazon Hunt, Amazon Hunt III. Night Moves was the last machine, Bone Busters Inc. was the last full-sized machine.
