Oahu Pinball-September Tournament

Hey Everyone!

The Oahu Monthly Pinball Tournament for September will be on Saturday, September 23rd at 6pm! This month's meetup and tournament will take place at Jerry's Pizza in Waialua. The pinball room is behind the stage.

We'll play some warm up games, then we'll play a tournament. IMPORTANT: This month the tournament will start at 6pm because we have to be finished by 9. So come early for warm up games.

This tournament will take place on 3 games: Sopranos, Metallica, and NASCAR. We're gonna try a new format this month, in order to work with the fixed closing time. We're gonna do a Flipper Frenzy, which means that we play as many heads-up games as we can over 2 hours, and whoever gets the most total wins in that time will be the winner! We might have a finals game with the top 2 players if we have enough people.

The winner of the tournament will be Oahu's Pinball Champion for the month, and will forever be remembered as a pinball legend! We also have registered the tournament with the IFPA, so points will be awarded to participants which will help to determine the Hawaii state rankings at the end of the year!

This is a fun event for all ages and skill levels! There is no entry fee for this tournament, just coins for the games (and Pinball Wally usually loads em up), so bring your friends, even if they are new to pinball!
