Louisiana Pinball Open 2023

You want a pinball event in a hot room with no A/C in Louisiana in the summer? You want long boring tourney formats that keep you waiting to play for hours? This is not the tourney for you...

I am inviting all players to the Louisiana Pinball Open on July 1st, 2023.
We plan to use the Max Matchplay format for the event to keep the attendees playing as much as possible. I currently have 10 games setup, listed in Gulf Coast Pinball thread, so we will try to go at least 20 rounds (depending on attendance, game issues, acts of God,etc.) of head to head play. Depending on attendance, I can bring another 2 games in to keep the pinball going for everyone. Finals can be either 4, 6 or 8 people depending or turnout. It will played either Max MP, Group MP, or outrun the bear format.
Tournament is open to all players, just shoot me a PM or mark going here so I have a head count before the event. (Maxing at 24 players)

Practice will start at 1130 and the event will start at 1300 sharp.

Did I mention I have a working AC now....

I also plan to register a Silverback Mania side tourney to be played on Congo as a high score game event. You are allowed 2 plays with average of the two being your score. No practice on the game before the event starts. Top 4 players will play in a 4 player playoff for Silverback supremacy!

There will be trophies awarded for top 3 in main and winner in side with a $15 entry for both tourneys.

Some food and snacks will be provided (probably pizza) and bottled water ,but please BYOB.
