There will be a $10 registration fee to play the games which will be on free play and participate in voting for the top Pinball for the weekend. This fee is waived if you purchase a Dory Hill 2015 t-shirt ($20) or Hoodie ($45) while they last. This money is used to purchase the extra space for the pinball tents and to provide prizes for the gracious folks who provide the free pinballs for the weekend.

• Friday Sep. 11th –
• If bringing a game please have it ready for play by 5:30 pm.
• Have games leveled as best you can and set as they will be played for the weekend, at this time. Please do not change anything without consulting the tournament director after this.
• Tournament warmup begins as soon as the games are set up and declared ready by the owner
$10 Single Elimination BEST 2 OF 3 - 7:00 pm sharp need to be done as close to 10:00 pm as possible. Keep scores to assist with setting PAR for Saturday Tournament.

• Saturday Sep. 12th
• Owners please set all games to 5 ball play to allow for easier pin-golf scoring. This year we will be maxing out scores at 6. So if you don’t reach your goal in 5 balls you will have a 6. Scores will be based mainly on average 3 ball scores from the tournament Friday night with some consultation with the game owners. The Par scores/goal will be posted on each game
• Group photo – 9:30 am. Please be there!! By wooding fencing at bottom of campground.
• Warm up for tourney - 7:00 am ‘til 10:00 am
$25 Pinball Golf tournament 18 hole course - 10:00 am ‘til finish. Must be finished with qualifying by 9 pm. (Main Event WPPR Tourney)
• If you are a top 300 player according to the rankings at the time of the tournament start, you must qualify top half for the A tournament as you will not be allowed to compete for B money.
• Deadline for voting for Best Of Show. 8:00pm

• Sunday Sep. 13th – Pinball Golf Finals (9 Holes)

A and B groups will be assigned by 8:00am Sunday morning.

Golf Finals (Top 50% from Saturday - A) - 8:00 am ‘til finish
Golf Finals (Bottom 50% from Saturday- B) - 8:00am ‘til finish

Please have your round completed no later than 1pm.

$100 prize to the best of show cabin and pinball combo – voted on by all registered guests enjoying the pinballs.

1 Covered platforms will be provided for game placement or you can set up your own or use cabin porches. Bring a power cord and tarp/plastic to cover your pinball in case of severe weather.

Rules for the pinball golf tournament:

1. $25 Entry fee per player. Tournament Starts Saturday at 10:00AM SHARP!!
2. Par scores will be determined based on the average score from the Friday night warm up tournament where possible with input from owner and tournament director.
3. Players will be grouped into foursomes.
4. Once a player’s round has started, there will be no practice allowed on games that are in the tournament. Practice is allowed on games not in the tournament.
5. Each pinball will be designated as a hole and given a number and par score.
6. Players may play in any order until they have completed the entire 18 hole course.
7. Each ball played counts as a stroke.
8. The object is to obtain the par score with the lowest number of balls possible for each game. The best possible score on any hole is 1.
9. Each player must play until they obtain the par score for the game they are playing. The maximum score is 6 as all games will be set to five ball play for the pin-golf tournament.
No need for adding anything up. Yeah!!
10. Once a player reaches the par score they must plunge their remaining balls.
11. Extra balls are played do not count as a stroke most will be turned off. (Free mulligan)
12. Games must remain as they are set for Friday night’s warm up tournament throughout Saturday’s Qualifying.
13. If a pinball machine goes down during any round of the tournament and cannot be repaired without adjustment to the play of the machine, that pinball machine will be omitted from the tournament and may be replaced with a different pinball machine. All players will have to replay on the new game and those scores replace the machine that malfunctioned. Otherwise all scores for that game are dropped from the tournament if there is not an adequate substitute.
14. If there is a tie there will be a one game playoff, on a game to be determined by a random drawing.
15. Games may be replaced or adjusted as needed prior to Sunday’s match.
16. The top 50% of players will play 9 additional holes (pinball machines) on Sunday at 8:00am for A money 3/4 of pot. The bottom 50% of players will play 9 additional holes (pinball machines) on Sunday at 8:00am for B money and 1/4 of the pot. Both divisions must complete play by 1pm. No late starts on Sunday. If you are not on time for the 8:00am start you will be disqualified from the tournament. Players will be grouped for the final according to qualifying results.
• If you are a top 300 player according to the rankings at the time of the tournament start, you must qualify top half for the A tournament as you will not be allowed to compete for B money.
17. All players will start with a clean slate.
18. The nine games will be announced 1 hour prior to the start of the finals for each division.
19. The finalist with the least amount of strokes at the completion of the nine holes is the winner. In the event of a tie refer to rule 14.
20. The tournament director (Steve Trujillo) will make the final decision on all disputes.

There will be cash for top 3 places in A.
There will be cash for the top 3 places in B.

3rd place - $25
