We are very pleased to officially announce the dates for this year's California Extreme Arcade and Pinball Show. It will be held on July 28-29, 2018 at the same fantastic location - the Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara, California. Please join us for our 22st show with hundreds and hundreds of your favorite arcade and pinball games, both past and present, all gathered together for another fun-filled weekend of pure arcade excitement for folks of all ages!
We are working on this year’s lineup of seminars, guest speakers, and other arcade-themed events that make the show so much fun each year.
The hotel will start accepting reservations at a later date (another announcement will go out). Please do not contact the hotel until we let you know the block is open as you will not be able to get the special CAX group rate.
Start making your plans, requesting time off work, making reservations by planes, trains, automobiles, and especially trucks to come out and join us for another crazy, arcade-filled weekend!
And be sure to let us know if you're interested in bringing games and/or volunteering to help us out by contacting us at [email protected]. Both are most welcome (and can possibly be worth free admission and/or other goodies!).
Thanks to all of our previous exhibitors and volunteers. We hope we can count on you again, and if you've never brought games or volunteered before, why not give it a try this year?

Pre-registration Ticket Prices

Weekend - $60
Saturday - $40
Sunday - $30
Children 3-12 are 1/2 price (must be accompanied by an adult)
Children 2 and under are admitted free (must be accompanied by an adult)
Tickets can be purchased either in advance (see below) or at the door the day of the show. Please be aware that tickets purchased as the door must be paid for by cash, check or money order only. You can download the forms for door registration using the Forms button above.

Why purchase in advance? When you pre-register, you get the following:

Early admission - people who pre-register are allowed in 1 full hour early (at 10:00 am)
$5 off show t-shirts
An official laminated show badge
Your own line at the registration desk to speed you into the show.
