It’s a great game with one of the best theme integrations I’ve seen. The playfield artwork is top-notch that blends items and people from the movie perfectly. Oddly, some of the rights were not granted from certain brands (ie, Folgers/Kahlua), where they’re either blurred out or generically named, which is kind of amusing in and of itself. The game rules are solid for the most part, but it could still use a little more depth and polish. It plays nice and fast, with a lot of that “one more game” appeal. The call outs are spot on, and it still cracks me up hearing/seeing the different movie quotes/clips (although, I wish the family mode didn’t simply drop the cussing, but instead inserted different phrases into it [like tv’s “this is what happens when you find a stranger in the alps!”]). The music lends itself flawlessly to the game, and while they’re only covers of the songs from the movie, Dutch Pinball still nailed it. As far as toys go, the bowling alley is very unique, although it doesn’t add too much to the game other than visual appeal. However, the upper play field is pretty fun. I’m thrilled these games are trickling out again...this is easily the crowd favorite in my collection, from both veteran and novice players alike. An absolute A+ game with a manufacturing nightmare of a tale behind it.

Tight shots, but achievable. Necessary shots are well identified by both call outs and lights. The ruleset is deep enough to give lasting fun, yet approachable enough to help a beginner improve their game. The game takes some dialing in, but once it’s set up correctly, it shoots reliably well. The steampunk atmosphere works well with the overall Houdini theme, and the snarkiness is welcome.

Beautiful game with great theme integration. The movie clips are spot on. The sounds and music are amazing. Ball times can be pretty long, which makes it difficult to play a multi-player game with folks at different skill levels, or a multi-player game with folks of better skill levels. Still a fun machine though.

This game is great...the shots are well lit and identifiable. This game has flawless theme integration with full tv show assets, which tie into the gameplay seemlessly. The code is incredible...deep for advanced players, and approachable enough for beginning players. While some of the missed shots can brick, it seems to add to the risk/reward of shots. Overall, great game...won’t ever leave my collection

There’s a lot to shoot for in this game. It’s a very family-friendly theme, but it might not not be a theme for everyone. The music suits it well, but you’d hope there’d be more lights as it’s a little dark. The movie clips fit well, and being the first game with an LCD, it was a welcomed innovation. I like the fact there are a couple of spots for physical ball locks, and even some unique outlane saves. Since it’s a widebody, there’s a a lot packed into it.

Great sound...the music caters to pinball really well. The light show channels that feeling of being at a concert. The game plays fast, but the lower playfield seems a bit of an afterthought and pretty weak. Overall a blast, though, with each song having different shots to make.

The game is a lot of fun, the lighting is great and the goals are clear. They’re some of the smoothest ramps in a game, and the camera integration proves to be a great original idea that newcomers get a kick out of. There are few disjointed parts with the theme, though, that I don’t quite understand...i.e., why is there a spider on a ramp/how does he fit into the game. The animations continue to improve with coding updates at this time. Overall, it’s a recommended game!

Great design aspects with lots of replay- ability. Music fits the fans of pinball well, even if the music genre isn’t for everyone. Backglass on the LE is beautiful. The playfield artwork fits perfectly with the theme. Great use of the shaker and the call outs are spot on. Some of the animations are less detailed than others, but they do mesh well with what’s going on with the particular playfield event. All in all, I love this game...a LOT of fun.
