But he is also a good sincere person who truly cares about each and every client/buyer and wants them to receive exactly what they paid for. My first NIB Pin purchase was with Will at Old Town Pinball... LZ premium and it went perfectly.
Unfortunately my Iron Maiden premium, arrived this week damaged... but Will handled it all and even though it likely cost him extra $$$$ he supported me refusing the delivery and had it returned to his business... and then secured me another IM prem. from another stern distributor... which was difficult considering todays market and demand. Also, no additional funds were required even with Stern's price increased announced the following day.
