I don't know what is was about these machines that caught my attention, but when I was 8 years old one of the only things I wanted was a pinball machine. My father would eventually give in and buy one for the whole family. It was a Whitewater. Fast forward about ten years and a couple pinballs later, I ended up buying myself a "used" Gottlieb Surf Champ when I was 17. Soon after that I stumbled upon a rare Sonic Super Straight, which is the pride and joy of my collection of games. So, only being 18 I'm the youngest pinball collector I know. You can bet I'm proud of it.

I agree Surf Champ is one of Gordon's best.
