I owned this game for several months and enjoyed it. Adding better lighting really helps this game. It is not a wide open game to place shots except the boiler. The rest are quick hits to freddy or the glove. The theme is everything on this game, if you are a Freddy fan it is a must. Anyone unfamiliar will probably scratch head. The glove and claw save on this game are over the top and will keep you coming back. Not a very deep game but the mechs make up for it.

The game is pretty much derived from Golden Axe arcade which I love. It is also approachable in that you can walk up and play, select challenges, play shots without confusion. This game was better than some of the new Stern's coming out. I liked the small run craft feel in the build quality and design similiar to Scott Danesi games. Which brings me to my only complaint. It really need a pop bumper somewhere to give it a little action. The rata tat tat of a pop bumper would go so well with an axe or sword fight, not sure why they left it out?

The upside down and projector are what sells this game. It is very cool and brings the player into the theme. The game play is dissapointing and gets old for me. All shots and ramps seem to disappear somewhere behind the giant screen and bring me very little satisfaction. I am more concerned about firing at the entrances to light the insert. I'm sorry but for anyone walking up to this game and sees the Demegorgan come out with a hole in it and find out its impossible to make it in it is deflating and embarrasing. The telekaneses multiball magnet when it works is very cool!

I waited 4 months of owning this game to review. Yes the most underated game on pinside. Never gets old and my first go to. I think where this game drops in ratings is the sound and speech. Why the foreign ladies to race against, irish mechanic? Just doesn't fit the american classic car theme and audiance. I thought I would hate the music at first but don't even notice it now.
I plan on keeping this game much longer than I intended even after I beat it and seeing the hidden car in the backglass. My wife owns a C4 and this pin captures the spirit and engine power perfectly. The LT5 engine lock, many ramps with easy to understand objectives makes this game scream freedom and adventure just like a real corvette.

Amazing the number of people who rated this game during Quarantine. Someone streams the game and all of a sudden it is #1 without ever playing it!

This game looked like it was going to be lame at a pinball show and I ended up playing it the most. Sleeper title with serious fun and radical moves. The play was like climbing a staircase. Very different.

If you play a restored version of this game is better than some new releases. Too many poorly kept examples in the wild. Im not a fan of the power start button for quick play. Getting balls locked on the saucer and upper right flipper is very satisfing.

The upper playfield takes up 70% of the game but the ball is up there 5% of the time. The game feels very clunky with too many tunnels and Alice's voice isn't very creepy. Too many moments of silence going on leaving me bored. The comic book animations are very cool and original. Im not the type to look up at a screen and play along too so this game doesn't fit my style.

I still remember the first time playing this game. The garage and couch shot is still very satisfing for me. This game is pretty deep to keep me coming back again.

This game does hit all the marks in the ratings except the fun factor. Perhaps this is a game for a home use to spend hours deciphering but has been a let down in shots and scoring for me. I've seen people have a ball that lasted 30 seconds and got a zillion points?

Plays very smooth. The upper right flipper shot is completely blinde? Not sure why nobody mentions this, I get tired of stretching my neck all the time. The casino sounds and lack of a challenging shot pulls me away after a few games.

This game is too much about the drive in factor than the Creature movie. It feels like Im being pulled in 2 different directions with this theme?

Wait a second. Space Shuttle is rated lower than Space Station? Your kidding me! I've owned this pin for 8 years, it was hard to find and won't let it go. It definitly keeps you coming back. You have to keep in mind when rating this pin it was 1986! Who doesn't like space and Nasa? For me the sounds are the best part and take me back to the arcades. I dont understand some people say the voice is annoying? Looking down on the space shuttle toy the first toy put in a game makes me want to pull the plunger. This game was used very often back in the day so playing one in good shape makes a big difference. The quality of materials used in this game really shows. Mine feels very solid.

This game will never get old. It is loaded with so many shots and modes it will never get old. The shots are skilfull and the vareity of things to do are endless. The best part is how it is a fun theme without the preconcieved movie or band to tie it down. Let your imagination run wild. In germany its called gemutlichkeit!

I have played this game in several places. I will love it,hate it, be obsessed sometimes and other times walk away. It all depends on how it is dialed in. If you are clunking shots it needs to be adjusted and walk away. If it is sleek stay and play for hours. For this reason I think it makes a home machine best. Challenging and rewarding with very deep rules will insure it never gets old. For a first pin from a company it is a good start. If you like the wide lanes and easy play of Stern games you will probably not like it. This is the first of what I would call a true players game. It takes some thought and careful aim making shots. The top gun of pinball.

Seawith is more fun to play for me than Beatles. That may be because of theme but both were at a pin show and I kept coming back to this. I had never played it before and loved the underwater feel. With some cool modern lighting it could really be superb!

This game is pure fun. There is always something to do by having a bash toy in the center. I didn't care for Metallica much when it came out but now I am a big fan because of it. I want to have this game someday but I am an average player and have two top scores put on different machines which concerns me as lastability. The artwork on this is ground breaking and perhaps some day they will release a vault edition with blacklight?
