I have owned MB for a while and have deliberately waited this long to rate the game. MB is a load of FUN to play. MB's outstanding feature is just that . . . . it is FUN throughout. The gameplay, the toys, the animations, the callouts, the music, etc. all add up to a whole lot of fun. Some of the callouts never cease to amuse me, no matter how many times I've heard them. The scoring is skewed such that the multi-ball modes are a must if you want to achieve a big score. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Heck, the modes are fun to play/beat, even though they're not 'worth it' from a point standpoint. By comparison, to me, the modes on TOTAN are not worth very many points, but unlike MB, aren't very much fun anyway. Is MB worth the price premium it commands versus other games, old or new? As always, that's hard to say. Fortunately, I didn't have to pay today's prices to buy mine. But of all of the pins that I have owned, it nails the FUN factor better than any other game. Although LOTR is still my favorite pin. Hope that makes sense.

The ramps on TOTAN and the Middle Eastern theme are what sucked me in. But to me, the gameplay is just OK. This is a highly sought after game, but I think that maybe it is highly sought after because it's hard to find. I really don't think that the gameplay and the lastability stack up to other pins, particularly when compared to other pins in TOTAN's price range.

Great game, overall. I really enjoy the theme a lot. The music and the callouts are especially great. The end-of-game music is so cool, really takes the sting out of draining that last ball, haha. Game play is top notch, too. Many others criticize the gambling aspect of the scoring, i.e., betting points on the spin of the roulette wheel. The criticism being that that somehow cheapens (I suppose) the skill required to achieve a high score in the 'conventional' fashion. Personally, I love that feature of the game, and it's completely unique to Who?Dunnit (I think!). I'm not a gambler in 'real life'. So, maybe I like gambling pinball points because there's no real risk involved. At any rate, to me Who?Dunnit is a wonderful pin. Very atypical. Can't understand why (a) it's not more highly regarded and (b) so low-priced. If you're looking for a great bang-for-the-buck DMD pin, this is it. PS I NEVER answer the phone!

Decent, not great, game. Shooting the goalpost is always fun, and I've played hundreds of games on it (family member owns one). MNF is a timeless theme, especially since Al Michaels and Dan Dierdorf are still active broadcasters. Good overall execution of the football theme.

Overall, Victory is pretty much a ho hum game, even for the late '80's era in which it was introduced. Extremely linear game play. My brother-in-law owned one for many years and ultimately donated it to a charity auction. Don't ever buy one, regardless of how low the price may be. Dullsville.

I have owned WH20 for about three months, after wanting one for a while. Excellent pin. One of my favs. Particularly strong aspects: fast, lots of targets to shoot for, VERY cool multi-ball mode, advancing to Wet Willie's, upper pf, the Insanity Falls ramp, overall 'fun factor'. The music and sound effects are good enough and none are annoying to me, like they can be on some games. Artwork, lighting, backglass and overall aesthetics are good enough for me. Of special note, as anyone would tell you, the topper on WH20 is probably the coolest topper ever made for a pinball game. Also, I would describe WH20 as a 'fair' game. That is, it's not too easy and it's not maddeningly difficult. With practice, the shots required to score well are makeable shots.

Not a 'great' game, but FT is a very good game. A fun theme, a quick play. Video mode is always entertaining. There is no, one shot or element that has a 'wow' factor or stands out. But overall, FT is just a fun pin.

Hole in One shot . . . . way cool. Execution of the golf theme? Very well done. Whacking the gofers? Fun stuff! Overall fun factor and lastability . . . . I give it a 10. Artwork, backglass, etc. . . . . mmm, I don't much care about those attributes of a pin.
Good looking but not fun = worthless IMO
Great fun but mediocre looking = I'll take it!

Slugfest is pretty dull as a 1 player game. Of course, it's a pitch and bat, so how much can you expect? The 2 player aspect of the game is where it's at. Playing head to head is unique to Slugfest. On that level, it gets a 10 on the fun factor. As a 1 player game? Maybe a 5.

I've owned my ES for 20 years. It's a good game . . . . for its era. But to me, it pales in comparison to the post-1990 era games. The shaker motor is always fun as is the multiball. But IMO, the ES just doesn't have as much going for it as the other, newer A-level games. Of course, an ES costs a lot less than the newer games do. So . . . .

WCS is a wonderful pin. Getting to the 'Final Draw' multiball and having to defeat the other countries and win the World Cup is always a rush. Scoring a goal is always cool, even after you have done so a thousand times. Other pinheads may not go for the artwork or the backglass, etc. Those elements (good or bad) are not big factors for me. What's important to me are: (a) is it fun and (b) is it fun after I've played it a few hundred times. In my book, WCS gets a strong 10 on those two factors. One other plus is that WCS sells for a lot less than other '90's pins. Not sure why, but I ain't complainin'! Lastly, the ball times seem a little shorter to me than on some other games. But it's not a ball drain game, either. At any rate, I like that a well-played game of WCS doesn't have to take 30+ minutes of my time.

The game play and the games rules (the fun factor) of a pin are the most important aspects of any pin, IMO. Addams Family is a 10 in that regard. The theme is not my favorite; it's OK, but there are other themes I like better. BUT, Addams Family is way, way FUN to play. The wide variety of shots, features and so on on Addams Family add up to a pin that never grows old. If you like pinball, get an Addams Family. You'll never be sorry that you did.

Best pin ever? Probably not BUT LOTR is a great pin!
Strengths: lots of ways to score, lots of objectives, multi-ball modes are great, overall the 'feel' of the game is very true to the LOTR theme
Weakness: a well-played game can last a long time, so pack a lunch
