Background

A father and son pinball duo in Southern Wisconsin. We got into playing pinball machines back in the late 90's when I was only about 4 or 5 and my dad would take me to a restuarant that always carried some kind of machine, usually either Theatre of Magic or Riverboat Gambler. I fell in love with it as a kid and since then it's been something for us to bond over, as we enjoy learning about the industry and how everything works. We've started a small collection starting when I turned 16 and my dad got our first machine, a Gottlieb Batter Up. I had thought that the hobby had been in decline until a home expo I went to in Madison recently where I learned not only about new companies like Jersey Jack but small companies like Spooky Pinball. Hearing this got my father and I excited to dive back into it and in the last year we've picked up two others and hope on getting at least one more machine. (Newer SS with multiball and some ramp shots would be great!) Eager to meet other pinball collectors and learn as much as we can about the hobby so we can keep our machines running well and support others! Love to see a website like Pinside that brings all the hobbyists together!
