Been a pinside member for a long time now and had a few pins over the years but lack the space sadly and currently back down to one - but ready for anything cool that comes along and itching for a new one - hoping for a Bond or a Fast n Furious pinball.
I loved playing pinball as a kid at the local corner shop / fish & chip shop near the beach or at Katoomba on holidays and then pinball disappeared as did arcades for many years and then in 2010 I discovered I could own a pinball so shouted myself a Surf Champ which I imported from the USA. From there the bug started and in 2013 I got into modding for fun in my own games which turned into more and more mods for others as well as fun and then helping people with hard to get parts - check out swinks.com.au . Aside from pinball I love going to the beach (use to surf for 25years but a recent injury stopped that) - so my dream one day is still to do a custom surfing pinball with a Drew Brophy (Californian artist) style art package. But then when thinking custom pinball I also love the idea of a Dukes of Hazzard pinball as well as a James Bond pinball theme as well - nice to dream - as just lack time.

Jady,I also used to surf here in NorCal!I think your idea for a surf pin is really cool!! We now have a bit of a shark thing going on the beaches here as well! Question,Why are your collection and location on "secret"/not to be nosy, but,to spend that much money, one has to be careful where you send it!! Look forward to seeing this Mod,Peace!!!
