I personally think this is Lyman’s best coded game. The layout isn’t the best but it’s fun and challenging. The code is really what makes this game and there’s so many ways to attack this game which makes the game feel fresh and not repetitive. This has become easily one of my favorites

Metallica (Premium) Stern, 2013
I’ve owned a Metallica pro twice in the past and loved it. Never played a premium but recently bought one and wow. Lots say the pro is the better of the two but I strongly disagree. You are missing A LOT with just the pro. The premium has the spinners and is used in a lot of the modes for switch hits. The snake makes way more sense on the premium. You need the colored inserts for the premium. The rising cross is really cool. The hammer lock is one of the coolest ball locks in pinball. This might be my #1 of all time.

Rush (Premium) Stern, 2022
This has become my favorite game. Not a rush fan by any means and when I saw the reveal gameplay I was bored. After playing this game, I fell in love. All the shots are super satisfying and the flow is excellent. The music fits in well for pinball. The code is perfect and nice and deep.

Really solid game. I didn’t have much expectations for this and I’m not a rush fan but this game has me coming back for more and more. The shots are very satisfying and the code is lasting and challenging.

Avengers: Infinity Quest (Premium) Stern, 2020
The real winner for game of the year. Unique layout, lots of satisfying shots, tons of combos, and deep code. Elwin knocks it out of the park again.

Ghostbusters (Pro) Stern, 2016
I owned a pro for a little while and it was fun with unique shots and layout. I played a premium later and I have to say the Premium is a lot better! It doesn't seem like too much of a difference but everything about it when I played felt a lot different. It's a fun game but the lastability isn't the greatest.

AC/DC (Premium) Stern, 2012
I really wanted to like this game more as I am an AC/DC fan but the game is just too repetitive and overrated in my opinion. It is way too hard to get to the wizard mode as I highly doubt majority of people can get through all 12 songs with the default settings. This game would have been a lot better if they added crank it up modes like metallica did. I hardly ever get sick of a game but I definitely did with this game.

Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast (Premium) Stern, 2018
Wasn’t a fan of this band until I started playing this game. This is my favorite game of all time. The shots are fun, it’s challenging, and there is so much to do.

Metallica (Pro) Stern, 2013
Probably one of the greatest games ever. I’m a little biased because I like the band but the shots are fun and the lastability is great. Definitely a good machine to have in someone’s collection.

Black Knight Sword of Rage (Pro) Stern, 2019
I like this game more than I thought I would. It’s fun and fast. The music rocks and it’s addicting for a game with fairly simple rules. It’s a great game and should hopefully get better with code improvements. The pro is a lot better than the premium because the upper Playfield is not very fun and slows the game down quite a bit. I’m usually a sucker for premium and LE machines but you’re better off with the pro on this one!
