When ending a MarketPlace listing successfully, Pinsiders can invite user feedback from the other party. Marketplace feedback cannot be removed, but can be responded to by soslo.

To start with, this whole situation was a nightmare for both of us and I’m sure I could’ve been handled much better in the end. Took me heavily off guard I’ll say. A backglass broke in shipping so I offered to ship him a new cpr one. Thought that was more than reasonable. I didn’t break the backglass but I didn’t want him to have a bad experience. Anybody can vacuum and put in a backglass right? This was the moment everything changed on this deal. He changed from a straight shooting respectable kind of person to accusing and with lack of a better term “freaking out” over the whole situation which overall I don’t blame him for doing so. What I do get upset about is how he started to handle it. Most sellers don’t cover after a game ships. Once a game ships it’s out of people’s hand and do NOTHING. I’m not a business I’m just a dude, so I thought this would be a nice gesture from me, hoping to claim that free beer together he offered lol. But I guess not. He wanted a full refund, well I don’t have the money anymore I put it all into other restorations or my truck, that’s the whole reason I sold it. He started threatening me with a lawsuit…for not refunding him…on a game the shipping company broke…
I tried to sort this simply. Fix the game and ship it back to him confirmed fully working again, OR give a few days for me to resell it for him and then refund him all the money, simple and easy. He’d get all his money back, I’d take a heavy loss but everyone would be satisfied. But he wanted the game shipped back which I was more than willing to do for him. Overall in the end I think I should have just started with saying “I’m not liable for any damages in shipping” I think that would’ve fixed everything even though I would have felt like a asshole for not helping but it would’ve been much better in this situation.
Truly wish this deal went better as I’m sure we would have been great company to eachother if it had but maybe another universe lol
