Had a chance to play an SE at a 1UP today and it was pretty sweet! Not a fan of the Rat Fink art style on the SE back glass and cab but the playfield art and animations looked great. They had the sound way down so I couldn’t hear it too well, but what I could hear was pretty cool. The light show is as advertised, incredible. Not sure how much the upper playfield on the LE adds, but the replacement on the SE looked good. I thought the soft plunge skill shot would be kind of lame but it wasn’t bad, just different. I also didn’t find the multiball frequency to be too much as I suspected after watching various early streams, it’s actually pretty key to keep songs going. As far as other music pins I’ve played, this one is at the top! I suspect this (or more likely the LE) will wind up in my collection before too long.

One of the best looking games around! Theme integration is top notch, sound and music are great, if only I could get my catapult to work correctly more! I seem to tinker with this machine more than all of my others combined. Along with the catapult issues, I've had to replace the stage door motor and I'm constantly fiddling with an issue that causes just about all of the switches on the left side of the table to die. This game can be brutally hard and doesn't give away points like a lot of other tables. This one usually has a lot of people give it the "just one more game" treatment...

I've owned this for awhile and it's still a lot of fun! Sure it's based off of a terrible movie, but judged on its own merits, it's pretty frickin' cool (the Aurich package is a must, the original translite with Baldwin is hideous!). I love the upper playfield and the sanctum shot, it's got surprisingly decent animations (at least on a color DMD) and I really like having an "old school" game in my collection.

Just picked up an LE and loving this game. Out of all of the games that I've played, this probably shoots better than anything else, there are a ton of great feeling shots in this! I know that the theme isn't for everyone and is honestly its biggest downfall, but If you give it time it grows on you. The disaster modes are great and some of them are really challenging. The bluetooth feature is pretty gimicky and doesn't connect very well, but when it does I haven't experienced any lag. Build-wise, this game is far and away superior to anything else that I own, it is solid and well built. It's a shame that a lot of people are missing out on a great game because of a cell phone.

First NIB and still loving it a year later! It was a little dark in the middle so I just put in the GI Lighting Kit from Comet and it definitively helps (even though the bulbs on the spotlights are constantly popping out, even when using their tape fix ). Lots of fun, satisfying shots, great music and sound (despite 1500+ plays, I still on occasion hear new callouts), ZY's artwork is amazing. A few QC issues out of the box (disco ball wasn't attached and rolling around, ended up damaging some of the plastics) but they were quickly taken care of by Pat Powers at Stern.
