This is one of those machines that I used to play all the time when it came out. I still think it is a great machine from that era. However, in comparison to some other machines from the same timeframe, this one seems more dated to me than others. I think it's a great value at current average selling prices.

What an unexpected treat to play this pin. I went to Flippers in NC to play Wizard of Oz and wasn't even looking for this machine. I had more fun playing this machine than any other machine there. I think Wizard of Oz is a better looking machine, but even my wife said she enjoyed playing this one and she hates Star Trek.

Let's start by saying I love the movie Tron. When I saw a video of this game, I thought it was going to be the best pinball machine I would ever play. Maybe my expectations ruined it for me. I think it is a nice pinball machine and I'd love to own one, but I didn't love playing it like I wanted to. I think the ramps need to be much more exciting to really expand on the light cycle theme. I love the LE version upgrades compared to the PRO in terms of the aesthetics of the machine, but the overall play is disappointing.

Whenever I think of pinball, this is always the first machine that comes to mind. I loved this machine when it was new, and I played a refurbished one recently with color DMD and this game is as good today as it was when it was new. I love the gimmicks on this machine.

By far, the nicest pin I've ever played. Sometimes the lights can be a bit too much if you're in a dark location, but otherwise, I can't complain. This is the next pin that I want in my house.

My first pin. I think this machine is an incredible value. While the rules and logic need improvement, the large coaster ramp can't escape your attention when you walk by. For a machine with a production run over 6000, parts are more scarce than expected, but it is an early 90's machine. Every post I've seen from arcade locations state that this machine always makes money regardless of overall opinions of some of it's shortcomings. It was fun in the 90's and it's still fun to play today. Kid's never complain about playing this machine.
