Circus is in my opinion one of Gottliebs best wide body pins and also one of it's most overlooked. The artwork is outstanding. Sounds/music is some of the best the eighties pins offered. Playfield layout is challenging and varied, kickout, drop targets, spinner with upper and lower flippers. Simply a fun game that will bring you back again and again.

Actually enjoyed this game but would not add it to my personal collection as I think I'd tire of it before long

Slow scoring game to me, I like the theme but I wouldn't own this one, wouldn't hold my interest

I have liked this game since the first time I played it years ago. Offers a lot for a player to do and is not overly difficult to get a decent score going yet is challenging.

I thought the game played well and offered a decent variety of shots. The speech I thought was not so clear, had a hard time making out what was being said.

This machine is not for everyone...first it is a extra wide bodied pin and second it is relatively rare (870 produced, only 650 went out to public) and lastly it is one of Gottliebs first system 80 machines utilizing solid state boards (Oct.1980) and as we all know system eighty machines need attention. This game plays well but the sound mode is primitive compared to 90's and 2000 standards.
