This game has almost everything you could want in a pinball machine. Great theming, engaging rules, great sound, cool main toy, great lighting, great shots. It’s a favorite among all pinball friends and always a fun competition game. The payoff for learning the rules is great too, and “doing the thing” for big points is never out of reach.

This game is just tops for me. I never get bored of playing it. Great balanced scoring, great memorable rules, unique layout, great visuals all around, I could go on and on. I’ve put countless plays on it as an experience player and I’m just always engaged with what’s going on in the game. Doesn’t get any better, even if you “just have a pro version” to play.

Pinball really doesn’t get any better than this. My wife and I spent $9k on an original MM in nice shape and would buy one again anytime. The whole family’s favorite game. People remember it and talk about it after they leave our house. It’s the whole package!

Great game all around. Sounds and artwork are top notch. Rules are somewhat standard but solid after some updates. Good theatrics on the game, great energy to it. Some shots are tight but not annoyingly so. All around thumbs up!

World Cup Soccer is the definition for me of an underrated game. I bought mine because it was super nice, HUO, and well taken care of. After a year and many many plays I can say that this game just keeps on giving. I love the rules, goals, ramps, sounds, and light show. And the spinner, oh yes I must hit that ultra spinner just one more time. This game was very well thought out, and has a ton of polish for a "B" title. If you're an experienced player like others have said just dial in the settings to toughen it up. On mine, no extra balls, wide right outlane, and only one free kickback per game. The art is not its strongest side but it's not as bad as people can make it out to be especially with a non faded cabinet. Certainly better and more creative than most Sterns! I personally love the playfield artwork, seems to flow with the game well. I think the playfield makes a lot of sense and that travel orbit adds a fun risk reward to making it to the final city. It's a soccer game, but for what it's worth it actually made me like soccer more than I would have otherwise. Fantastic game all around, I'm proud to own one.

Creature From The Black Lagoon is classic Bally/Williams quality. Every inch of this game oozes creativity and fun. The rules are a great throwback to older games and the unique two ball multiball is both challenging and very rewarding. There are some great risk/reward aspects - risk building the multiplier at the bowl or take the jackpot while you're in control. The super jackpot is also very challenging to light and hit, making big scores that much more satisfying. If you're having a lousy game, a good round of move your car can give your score a big boost, but not quite enough to beat a player who's gotten a jackpot or two. The scoring works well, it is fun for beginners and advanced players. It has an approachable ruleset that allows it to appeal to a much wider audience than say Twilight Zone. The playfield has a very unique design compared to most DMD pins. This works great in a larger collection because it adds some much needed variety. The ramps give Creature some really neat flow not found in other games. Not to mention the awesome spiral ramp ending in the bowl, how cool is that? The theme of the game is so well integrated it makes you question every other game you own. It just works. The audio, while not DCS quality, adds greatly to the experience. The music, quotes, and effects really compliment the action and immerse you in the game. I've caught my wife humming any given song around the house and saying quotes from the game. This game really attracts the non-pinheads with a great all around experience. The artwork really grabs the eye and the imagination. The hologram and the light show are very impressive, I personally love the chase lights on the ramp and the very interactive backbox lighting. Puts modern sterns to shame! Can't say enough good things about Creature, it deserves its spot among the all time greats.

T2 is a hard game for me to rate because it has a lot of nostalgic value to me. I picked this game up because I had a blast playing it in my college years. There was a "beater" T2 at a laundromat that I couldn't stop playing. Perhaps it was the simple approachable ruleset? Perhaps it was theme? Either way, there is something about this game that keeps me coming back, even as a now-more-experienced player. I have my game set STEEP with a wide open outlane. It is freshly waxed with new rubbers and plays fast. I enjoy T2 because it is a fantastic game to practice ball handling and nudging skills on. If your nudging game is on, you can really have some long ball times and fast play. If you are not feeling "on" the game will punish you for it with bricked shots, SDTM drains, and outlane drains. I love the Super Jackpot shot, it is utterly satisfying when you can time that cannon shot just right while keeping the other balls in play. There might not be a ton of variety, but T2 does a whole lot with a fairly basic playfield.

As far as quality, I believe T2 is a "transition game." Its layout is simple, but effective. As others have said it is reminiscent of a system 11 game as far as complexity. The cabinet art is pretty good, but not breathtaking. I think the playfield has a great art package, however simple. It is well lit, has nice lines, and is finished off by a neat pair of Terminator hands over the slingshot. The DMD animations are solid, but lacking when compared to games like Twilight Zone or AFM. However I think the package works great as a whole. The sound can be very engaging when turned up with intense gun noises etc. as the ball flies around. I'm sure an upgraded speaker kit would do very well here, but the stock sound pleases me. What I love most about T2 is the light show!! There are no exposed flashers(flasher domes) in the game, but there are many well placed flashers across the playfield. When you do something impressive, you get rewarded with a great light show. T2 might be "simple", but you can't help but get into the game with the intense sound/light show combination. One of my favorite moments oddly enough is post-game when the GI goes dark and the flashers are flashing rhythmically to the T2 theme. Be sure to give T2 a few plays in a dark room and see what I mean! Even with the standard lighting, no LEDs, the lighting is very stimulating. Very well done Williams. As a whole, Terminator 2 is a solid title if the theme agrees with you.

As a bonus, the game is not intimidating to service. I was able to dismantle and reach every area of the playfield with not much trouble for cleaning and rubber replacement. I am confident to tackle routine maintenance on T2, whereas on Twilight Zone I am a bit more nervous to "get under the hood."

This game has it all. Awesome theme, deep gameplay, difficult, endless ways to score, great light show, immersive experience, widebody, powerball, multiball, powerfield, beautiful artwork, and the list goes on. This game was ahead of its time, and is truly one of the best pins of all time.
