Had a chance to put a few games on a POTC-CE over the weekend at a fellow Pinsider's house. What a beautiful game and IMO is the best game yet from JJP. The playfield, cab, and artwork are all terrific. The layout of the playfield is unique and the rocking ship is a blast to play and adds a extra challenge to master, especially the cannon shot! Last year at the Texas Pinball Festival, I played the prototype that had the 3 spining disc and closing chest lid and I personal don't see where they added much to the game. Sure the 3 spinning disk were cool, but also looked like it could have been a nightmare in the future to keep working the way they were wobbling around on the prototype.
Overall , I was blown away. Eric really knocked this one out the park. The build quality and attention to detail really shows. Hope to add this game to my collection some day.

Real love this game. Playfield is packed with all sorts of challenging shots. Love the upper playfield. Stern did a excellent job of turning the show into a pin. Great call outs and music. Definitely want to ad this pin to my collection.

Played it only a few times at the pinball expo. Game is very fun to play and doesn't take long to figure out the basic rules and what you need to be aiming the ball at. Cabinet and playfield is very colorful which makes the game very different. It,s a little too colorful for my taste. Wouldn't mine owning one some day but is not at the top of my list of pins to own.

Scared Stiff is a great fun game to play. The play field has plenty of things to shoot at. The call outs are funny and full of humor. The art work is great along with the back glass with the beautiful and sexy Elvira on it .Scared Stiff lives up to it's name and is a classic IMO. The game is pricey but well worth to own someday. Hope to pick one up.

Very fun game with a lot of things going on and to aim for on the play field. Cabinet and art work really represents the game a long with the music and call outs. I am not into the Lord of the Rings movie but that did not keep me from enjoying the game. I play it every time I see it on location and hope to have in my collection some day.

Stern knocked this out of the park this time. Fast flowing game that's hard to keep your on the ball at times. The LED,s really add to the game and makes the lighted shots easier to see. Great call outs and animations. Beautiful game all around. I recommend the LE model over the pro for looks but when it comes down to game play , the LE and pro are about the same. You can't go wrong with either one.

Very under rated game IMO. Plenty of things to shoot at and great ball flow. I can see where it wouldn't be a game for a family type atmosphere but would go great in a man cave type game room or bar. I would like to add one to my collection someday if I could find one locally.

I have only played the Rolling Stones a couple of times but I really enjoyed it. I think it's very under rated . The play field is layed out well with some good shots and ball movement. Several knock Stern for putting "Nick on the Stick" that travels across the play field but I think it adds a nice skill shot to the game. Wish the game had a juke box selection on it like AC/DC has but that was a couple of years after the Rolling Stones was made and wasn't thought of at the time. Over all I think its a fun game to play and would like to add to my collection some day.

The game is fun to play for a few times every once in a while. Plenty of ramps which fits the theme perfectly. The troll is probably the worst part of the game. It looks odd and doesn't go with the theme at all. Overall it's a easy game for just about anyone to play. Rules are just not deep at all so that makes it easy for non pinball playing guest that you have over. If your tight on space though, I would recommend passing on this title to keep room for a better title.

World Poker Tour might appeal to a person that knows how to play poker but for a non playing poker person like me , I found it very confusing and hard to figure out. The play field has a very different layout than most pins with several drop targets. The ball also has a lot of stop and go action, so if you like fast moving games, this game is not for you.

After playing a couple of games , you will start to get bored. The ball making a couple of laps around the playfield is pretty cool at first, but that even gets old after the first couple of times. The game was built about the time Stern really started to cut back on their machines and this game really shows it. I would only have one in my collection if I could pick one up real cheap locally and thats because I have plenty of room for additional pins. If your tight on space, don't even waste your money and tie up a space where you could have a much better pinball siting.

AC/DC Pro is a very fast game . There is a few less toys on the play field as compared to the Premium / LE models but these fewer toys makes the Pro a much faster game. If I had to choose one over the other though I would go with the Premium / LE model because I think it's the extra toys that makes the game so much more fun.

Overall, X Men is a very fun game. I am not a fan of big bash toys so that probably is the biggest flaw to the game IMO. The art work and back glass are beautiful. The LE is so much better than the Pro due to the extra toys on the play field. I would like to pick up one of the LE's someday.

Junk Yard is a simple easy fun game to play. The rules are not deep so it's a great game for a non-pinball playing person. Would like to pick one up someday.

Stern really went all out on this game. Star Trek Le is probably the nicest looking game that's been made for a while. (not saying Metalica wasn't because it's next inline.) The layout is classic with past designs , but is proven and plays lighting fast. It's hard to keep up with the ball at times. One of Stern's best IMO.

Mustang is a very underrated game. I will admit that Stern didn't put all they had into the game . The layout is simple and I think it would probably appeal more to the non-pinball player because it is a easy game to figure out . The rules and code are not very deep. I think it is a fun game to play when i find it on location.

WOZ is a very good first attempt from JJP. The game is beautiful and has that old Bally / Williams feel to it. The quality of the build of this machine is amazing. The cabinet , play field and sound is top notch. The game is fun to play, I just only wish that Jack would have picked a way more " cooler" theme. I own the game but will probably replace it with one of Jacks other new releases in the future just because of the theme itself. I am just not a fan of the movie.

This game has a lot going on for it. The playfield is layed out with several things to shoot at. Very fast moving game that keeps the player on his or her toes. Code is not finished but when it is , it should be one of Sterns top games. Its a keeper in my collection.

Either you like it or you don't. The shots are tight which can be frustrating at times. Playfield lay out is also a little different than most pinballs. Over time, the game grows on a person and makes you a better player.

Play field seems bare compared to the LE. I'm not a fan of bash toys on a playfield.
Ok fun game overall.

A game that was well ahead of it's time. I love the talking Rudy. I'm not a fan of the older non dmd games but this is one that I want to own some day.I wish Stern would make a modern day version of this classic

The pin is ok. I played one at the expo and I really didn't get a feel for it like others do. Spinning disc and a fan blowing , rest of the pin was boring to me.

Very cool visual tricks. Several things to shoot at. Game is starting to show it's age compared to the newer Sterns but it will always be a classic.

Very fun game for being 20+ years old. I love the magnetic playfield because you never know where the ball is going to go.

Never did care for the theme but had a chance to play it at the Texas Pinball Festival. Very fun game and easily draws you back for another game. Learned new features of the game with every new game I played.

Tron is a fun game to play. It's looks and music draws a person to the game. When I first looked at the game I thought the play field looked a little bare liked it could use a couple more toys on the play field, but that's not the case. The game has great flow and a couple more toys on the play field would only slow the game down. Torn is a Fast moving game. The music is great. The light show is beautiful. Wish I had one!

The more I play TZ, the more I love it. You dont have to know the game rules to enjoy it, so it appeals to the non pinball people that you may have over. At the same time, it keeps even the pro pinball player content because of its deep rules. Every time I play TZ, I learn some thing new. The playfield is packed with all sorts of shots but at the same time has good ball movement and dont seem cluttered. It also has a 6 ball multi ball! Tough to get because I have only played 6 ball once, but it was wild and diffrent.

This game has got bashed hard but I love it and Im not just saying that because I own one. I didnt buy mine until everyone started bashing it . The game is very fun to play. Balls are fast and can be hard to keep up with at times. Music and calls are excellent. Beatiful art work. Add the FF speakers and the game is in surround sound! A must pin to have if you like the newer Sterns.

Played the game for the first time up at the expo. Game is very fun and the castle it self is a neat feature. Art work and playfield is very beautiful.
With all this said. I dont see the $10,000 to $20,000 price tag that some are paying. I dont think its any better than the other top pins in the $4000 to $6000 range.

A game I played alot as a kid, but now 35 years latter, its kind of boring compared to the newer pinballs. A very simple 3 bumper and drop target game. I love Elton John so I had to add it to my collection.

The one I have is the 3rd edition. Nice and fun game to play. Very easy to play and kids love it. One of Sterns better games. The game looks great with Leds.

Lighting is very poor but it cant be too bright because of the video. After playing it for a while, its like the same shots over and over again. Overall ,its a must have pinball to have in your collection but its not one I keep going to . The sound is the best of all pinballs that I have.

Monopoly is a diffrent pinball. The top half of the game is blocked off from all the other toys, so you must use the 3rd flipper to make the shots on the top half. The pinball is fun to play though. The music plays very low. I wish their was a way to make the music loader but keep the voices low.

A very fun game to get hooked on. Ball can drain fast , so the game is a little challenging. The art work is great. I have black lights in my game room and the pinball glows. Very few pinball will do that under a black light.

I played the pro version. The game is very beautiful all around but the play field was lacking in things to hit with the ball. I think the LE model would be alot funner and I would probably rank it better if I ever got to play one.

One of my favorit pinballs. The country "red neck " music gets a little old, but other than that its very fun to play. Led,s really make the game look great! Wonderful artwork on this game.
