Every once in a while, purchasing or selling a pinball machine transcends the business transaction and becomes something much more meaningful and enjoyable. This was my experience with Rich.» Read moreI wanted to buy a pin from Rich but had to start my negotiation by asking him for a big favor. As my wife and I were in the middle of a move, I needed to impose upon Rich to hold onto the machine for me, for about a month, before I could come and pick it up. Rich was as accommodating as he was friendly (BTW, he is great to talk to on the phone).
When I was finally able to make it to Rich's house to pick up the pin, I had the genuine pleasure of meeting one of the nicest people I have ever met in this hobby. Rich's love for this hobby was evident from our first phone call but, in person, his enthusiasm was positively infectious. I really wish that I could have just stayed and hung out with him for a while, just talking pinball. I honestly believe that if we lived closer, Rich and I could be great friends.
As for the pin, it was immaculate and as good or better than described. Rich is honest, a great communicator and truly just a super nice guy.
I really hope that some day I can purchase another pin from Rich and, should that day come, I will make certain that I can arrange to spend more time just hanging out with him.
Rich is a credit to our hobby and deserves my highest recommendation to do business with. This was, overall, a great experience.
