When ending a MarketPlace listing successfully, Pinsiders can invite user feedback from the other party. Marketplace feedback cannot be removed, but can be responded to by Rixzilla.
New! It is now possible for any Pinsider to leave feedback, without an invite. There are some checks in place to avoid abuse and "fake" feedback.

I am in the process of restoring a Mr and Mrs Pacman machine. Well, it was most of a machine but it lacked a few critical parts. Rick reached out to me and had the one panel that was probably the most difficult part to source. He really came through. Besides the panel it also had the wiring harness and some displays that I could save too.
