“Full restoration completed on 05-10-2020”

Revenge From Mars

Bally, 1999

“Machine State When Purchased: Machine shows wear... cabinet has scars and large chunks missing around rear legs and bottom front edge. Has VGA widescreen LCD so there are some screen fit issues. Stroke of Luck hole is very badly worn and previous installation of Cliffy was done without properly repairing the wood. Diverter sticks due to improper rubber installation on posts. Back box fluorescent lamp was replaced with a LED tube that did not fit and was electrically hacked in, the fluorescent fixture was bent and hacked mechanically to accommodate the wrong sized bulb. Computer had the power supply replaced with an ATX type, and the heat sink on the CPU was also previously replaced improperly. Unfortunately the individual who replaced the heat sink simply put it on top of the original conductive pad and added just a bit of thermal compound on top of it. Plans for Restoration: + The heat sink and fan has been replaced and properly installed with high performance heat sink compound. + The power supply has also been replaced with an AT type so that it has the proper power switch. - Will be converting it back to CRT. - Cabinet to be restored, along with moderate playfield cleanup. - Cabinet decals to be replaced. - Trim and coin door to be powder coated. - Saucer LEDs (mypinballs.com) mod to be installed - Shaker motor to be installed - Build a nucore setup as a backup - Replacement of the pinball 2000 playfield glass is needed.
