When ending a MarketPlace listing successfully, Pinsiders can invite user feedback from the other party. Marketplace feedback cannot be removed, but can be responded to by rcarlson.
New! It is now possible for any Pinsider to leave feedback, without an invite. There are some checks in place to avoid abuse and "fake" feedback.

I purchased a “fully shopped” pin “working 100%” from Robert in May 2020. Paid a premium price because this is what he does everyday, and he has a huge collection, and repairs them on his own. Overall, the machine works now, after I spent a good amount of time and money to fix it.» Read more- new power driver board: seller didn’t tell me he used a power driver board from a different game title and was not working consistently. When I told him, he said he had the original and would send it. I even offered to pay shipping, he never sent. I bought a replacement - cost me $250
- ticket dispenser not working: seller said he would send me a replacement. He never did. I bought a used one online - cost me $35
- one solenoid didn’t work: I replaced it - cost me $10
- game software was corrupted: had to buy a new original eprom with the program. - cost me $25
- at least 3-4 other small issues - cost me $40
The seller is responsive during the buy/sale process but everything he says needs to be fully verified because his definition of fully shopped and 100% working are different than most. Post sale, he is a ghost.
