My home gameroom in Windsor, CO is complete as of Jan. 2016. Installed an oversize walk-out door and stairwell, which accommodates every machine imaginable. 2900 sq. ft total space, and about 2300 ft is dedicated to the game room. 9 ft. ceilings are all blacked out - I ran 36 gallons of "Black Magic" paint thru a Harbor Freight airless spray gun, which worked perfectly. Added 16 new circuits and about 70 outlets and light fixtures, so power isn't a problem. The build-out includes a bed room, bath room with walk-in shower, and a huge shop. Floor is coated with an aspartic material laced with several pounds of aluminum flake filler. Amazing floor, can take abuse and looks incredible.
